Professional service

They explained our options well and were very patient with us. There were excellent choices available and we were very happy to continue our loyalty to Suzuki. They sales team were polite, knowledgeable and approachable. Joe, from the Staverton Branch was particularly helpful and explained everything we asked him. We have been using the service centre at this branch for some time and would highly recommend Suzuki sales and service.

Awful Customer service. Don't trust a word

Awful Customer service
Verbally agreed that we were driving 50 mins to come see the car following several phone conversations and verbally agreed to take car off sale so we can come see it. Got there and it was sold a few mins before we arrived. Nothing but sorrys and no apologies from Mitch nor manager

Thank you for your review, and I’m very sorry for the frustration caused by this situation. I fully understand how disappointing it must have been to travel such a distance, expecting the car to be available, only to find it had been sold just before you arrived.

This came down to a breakdown in communication on our side, and for that I apologise. We should have managed this better and kept you properly informed.

I’m also sorry if the apology you received at the time did not feel adequate, that is not the experience we want any customer to have.

As soon as we walked into the showroom…

As soon as we walked into the showroom we were greeted and escorted to someone who could help. We explained our particular needs for a car, they were taken seriously and we were then shown a few cars which could be useful. Eventually there was one which was suitable, we liked and the salesman, Ioan, took us out for a test drive. From then on all paperwork, insurances and information was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. We enjoyed our time in the showroom, given coffee, people came and chatted while we waited and we were always made to feel that we were being attended to. Congratulations Sam, Ioan and the team.

Amazing service from start to finish

I had found a car I was going to buy online and wanted to see it so went to Baylis to have a look. George helped me and found me the same car but an even better deal. I am so happy with my car and the communication from George has been brilliant. Every time I have been in, all of the staff have been lovely, one always comments on my son's cute jumpers and it's really nice to have that personal touch. The manager is also very nice and helped George to find the right car for me. A well deserved 5 stars!

An established company with good service.

Having recently purchased a used car from your Ross-on-Wye premises, I can honestly say that the whole experience was very gratifying. Customer service was excellent and the sales manager Stefan, and Elliot were very informative, polite and friendly throughout. All aspects of the transaction were dealt with thoroughly and in a professional and timely manner and I would like to thank everyone involved for their effort and undivided attention.

Outstanding Service from Matt

I’ve bought my last two cars from Matt at the Baylis Group (Worcester) and I genuinely wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. He’s friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process easy and stress-free from start to finish.

Matt really takes the time to understand what you want and never makes you feel pressured. An excellent experience both times — highly recommend!
