You lost a star because …

You lost a star because i belive I'd paid £25 for petrol to start me off, when I took delivery of the car I had 2x bars on the fuel gauge which went down to one and low fuel warning came on when I got home approx 20 miles, I promptly refueled with £39 of petrol and all the bars showed on the fuel gauge. I don't belive £25 petrol was in the car . I thought this was a bit mean.

We do aim to ensure that vehicles are supplied with the agreed amount of fuel, however I understand how the fuel gauge readings you’ve described could understandably cause some frustration.

To put this right, we would be more than happy to provide you with a further £25 worth of fuel. If you would like to take us up on this, please contact the Manager at the supplying branch and they will arrange this for you.

Needed a new MG in a hurry.

I was replacing a crashed MG and decided to use MG Baylis because of their service in the past. The whole experience was very smooth and I bought an excellent car in my budget.

Would have got 5 but for the poor wash…

Would have got 5 but for the poor wash and valet and the fact that numerous chips had been missed on the rear bumper and then the radio failed the next day and the low tyre pressure warning keeps coming on . Mark the sales man was very helpful and courteous.

We have now purchase three cars from Baylis which tells a story about the sales man (Craig) and the company.. appreciate we were in a reasonable financial position to buy these cars but we could eaisily have gone to other dealers..

Excellent service!!

We have bought two cars, both 3 year old Suzuki’s, from Baylis at Staverton in the last 7 months; the first with Joe and the 2nd with Ricky.
We have received excellent customer service on both occasions. Very friendly and accommodating and on the 2nd purchase, a good p/ex deal.
In comparison to other car dealers we visited Joe and Ricky were a breath of fresh air.
Very pleased.
