Not pressurised at all

Excellent service , very .friendly sales man ELLIOT NORWOOD.
He made us very welcome very much at ease from the time we entered the show room. The point that that impressed me was that we did not feel pressurised in any way at all.
Talked us through every part of the car we were thinking of purchasing.We felt very much at ease from the begining.Iwould have no problem using this garage again. On the whole a very good experience

A great experience from start to…

A great experience from start to finish.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff who understood the need to take time making my decision.
Always made welcome at the showroom and this extended to family members who attended with me.
Dale introduced me to his team and I was supported by Rob through the process of test driving through to purchasing the car.
Thank you both for your kindness and professionalism and for making this such a straight forward process.

Good experience overall

Good experience overall. Went to investigate used car options on Saturday, looked at a couple of vehicles with Nathan Reynolds and able to get a test drive immediately. Decided a particular MG HS PHEV was for me and set process in motion. Reasonable trade-in for my old Volvo.
Process went through very smoothly and was able to collect the car on following Thursday.
Running fine so far and just getting used to all the new Tech.

Saw a car on a frontage

Saw a car on a frontage. Sales person approached and offered to open the car. No hassling until we approached him. Identity by licence and keys given for us to test drive unaccompanied. Sale agreed with fair PX. Communication was good and any faults found by workshop were rectified. A slight problem was identified on delivery and that was rectified the following day. I would recommend this company.

Excellent service from Ross, can’t fault at all

It has taken probably 6 months to find the right car, from a very quick chat with Stephan. He has been offering suggestions and listening to what I wanted from a car. I called in again after a phone call to look have a look at a car that wasn’t for me, while there Stephan found the car I purchased in the compound. At no point did he pressure me and has been brilliant at every stage
