These 5 stars are for Kylie as her commitment to her customers is if the highest standard, and she is a credit to your business, from the first time I have had dealings with Kylie she helped me so much not only sorting out the issues from start to finish, but being such a support nothing was to much trouble and bless her she has had months of me phoning or emailing if I was concerned about different types of worktops and her knowledge of the products you have was amazing , if I could have given 100 stars to Kylie that still wouldn’t be enough i have been liasing with Kylie since 22 September to date.

Not only was BBK-Direct extremely competitive with prices (best value I could find) but the after-sales team were in constant dialogue regarding delivery, including delivering to a third party haulage company for me,

The communication and customer service has been top notch. I was given an explanation of why my original choice of flooring wasn't available. The alternative flooring suggestion has been brilliant. Delivery was smooth and timely. We are so happy with the finished product and the way it completes our living room. Forgot to order fitting kit and once realised the company response was excellent. Good communication and it arrived with the top. Now fitted and looks great.

Speedy service, delivered on time. Great price for the product, however carriage was expensive (£60) as we had just hit the fuel crisis and it added 22% on to the cost of our order. However, we love our Axiom Formica splashback and it is admired by everyone. I would use and recommend this company in future.
