Communication and execution were outstanding!

This company is amazing. First of all the whole process is very simple and they keep up on communication until your product is received. I had one made for a birthday gift, going off a picture I had on my phone. They used this to create my Bbobbler and what a fantastic job they did. I would definitely use their services again. So so happy!!!

They communicated well, and were very responsive, showing the bobblehead in progress and asking for feedback. They adjusted it several times based on my feedback before it was finalized. I was very pleased

When looking for a gift for a person who can buy anything they want for themself, this was a perfect choice. What made it a success was the patience of the company to make it look like the person. In this case, it was excellent.

I had a great experience with Mark, from initial contact to final bobblehead. I sent a photo and they designed an initial prototype, with the opportunity to make adjustments to anything from shape, skin color, hair, hat or no hat, etc. It was an easy process, and the final product was absolutely perfect! The recipient said it was the "best appreciation gift I've ever gotten," and the committee who presented it to him were thrilled with it! This was a great gift for someone who would not want to receive any type of reward for the work he did.

I was pleasantly surprised by the diligence of the Customer Service staff. Knowing that this was not much more than a amusing toy, I was impressed by the number of proofs they sent and how they followed my requests to the letter.
