Good Communication

I ordered a bobblehead for my boss' Birthday along with some coworkers. Lily was amazing every step of the way- she sent emails for clarification to make sure the bobblehead came out the way that we wanted. It was a smooth process and was delivered in time.

Excellent communication and the product looked incredible. 10 stars if that was possible. Great gift

It was a wonderful event!! Two people were honored with awards. The bobble head was a special gift presentation that I did for the man who put on the whole event. I wanted to be sure that this was an over the top gift.
Well, it was the item of the evening. No one could believe that the resemblance could be so close between the bobble head and the man receiving it. these were snapshots that were taken. the professional photographer Took several he was so amazed

People get enthused sometime but they don’t follow through. but maybe they might be using it at a later date anyway thank you isn’t enough For how I feel.

I was very pleased with Bbobbler company's communication in making sure I saw the steps and samples of the bobblehead I was having them create, making sure I approved each step before moving onto the next and final casting.

The final product is absolutely a joy to see! You can't help but laugh and smile at it. It's a one of kind gift that the person receiving it will cherish.

I recently ordered a custom bobblehead for a friend’s birthday & had a wonderful experience. Throughout the entire process, I received updates & sample images to confirm details during the construction. It was great to see the progress & make sure everything looked right. When the final product arrived, I was extremely happy with it. The quality & craftsmanship were excellent and it made the perfect gift!

Top notch experience! I really appreciated all of the communication to make sure this order was perfect…. And it turned out great! From adjusting the color on the tail to adding numbers to the jersey, up to the twinkle in the eye of the mustang! Wow! They nailed it! So happy I went with this company. When it arrived it was packaged with such care from the layers of bubble wrap to the styrofoam cutouts. Great job!

I would highly recommend Bbobbler for your next gift. It was an incredible bobblehead! The design, how closely it resembled the person and the pictures I sent. They personally contacted us with questions and a picture of the final product before it was baked and finalized, making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. It came out FANTASTIC!! the whole process was so easy.

We needed a quick order of 20 custom bobble heads for a company appreciation event. They were able to turn around and deliver the bobbles in under a month, in time for our event. They came out great with one small ommission - the wrong color logo was used.

I loved ordering from bbobbler, their system was so easy. They respond so quick and make sure to get every detail right. They keep in touch through email and send you samples until the bobble head is exactly how you want. Also once shipped, the bobble head arrived quickly. I had a great experience and I highly recommend ordering from bbobbler!

Worth the wait!
The bobblehead likenesses were remarkable. They were of and for our daughter and son-in-law. They were surprised at the resemblance of the bobble heads to a picture that I had sent in of them as a couple. They even commented on how the clothes were even so exact.
My only slightly negative comment is that the tone of the emails from the customer service rep became a little negative as I responded when she would ask me if I had any further suggestions. However, they took them all into considerationI and the resulting product was amazing.

I worked with Joyce Fada for over 2 months to get the bobbleheads for my team just right and they were an absolute hit!
