I could not be more pleased with the prompt, courteous, and expert care bbobbler offered! The process was so easy. Communication was consistent and the craftsmanship astounding.

We had a colleague retiring and a bobble head in their likeness was a perfect tribute and keepsake for us, their team. Joyce + team were outstanding and made sure I was updated every step of the way. Joyce was my main point of contact, kind, patient, and made sure that the proof was perfect before moving forward. The bobble head is a HUGE success with our team and the retiring colleague.
Other teams have been asking where I had it made and will absolutely be referring them to Bbobbler.com. Their work speaks for itself and could not be happier I did not choose another bobble head company.

The process from start to finish was seamless. Mark was such a pleasure to work with! The final product came out amazing! I will definitely use bbobbler again!

Being my first bobblehead adventure I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. I sent the three photos in of my mother and was a little worried about how it would turn out. Mark was great and sent head shots of the model and then the same as we picked the body. Once the final model was complete he reached out again for approval before moving on. At each stepping the process Bbobbler kept me informed. Since I was ordering 30 items and the price tag was up there, each time I received an email with updates and photos I knew I made the right decision. Once shipped I received the tracking number and knew exactly when it was to arrive.

Overall, the process was excellent and I wouldn’t change a thing. If you are on the fence I would tell you “go for it”. My mother’s 90th birthday gift will be giving all of her family a Bobblehead to remember the day and a very special lady. So happy!
