Excellent quality & customer service
We purchased a kamado x supreme & a variety of accessories for it a few months ago & I wanted to come back after using it thoroughly & leave a glowing review. This is an amazing bit of kit & it's super easy to use. There's tonnes of room on it (we recently hosted a party for 30!) to cook everything you need & we've loved learning how to adjust the temp & using the multi-level cooking system.
The service from the team was great as well - we ordered bits in two tranches & requested delivery on a specific day & it was all sorted by the helpful bbq-bits team.

Strongly recommend!

Great quality BBQ, good customer service
My BBQ arrived quickly and is absolutely lovely. One accessory item was missed of the order, I emailed them, got a quick friendly reply and it was delivered the next day.

Good quality and very helpful
I purchased a heat deflector that was the wrong size. They arranged for the deflector to be picked up and the refund was promptly sorted. The new shield fitted perfectly after they confirmed the size required and it arrived quickly and was very good quality.

I bought the Kamado X from BBQ Bits. Though it took a while to be ordered, once the shipment arrived in UK, I got delivery the next day.
I am satisfied with my purchase and the item looks great!! I have used it for 2 weeks now and I am very happy.
