A bit of a wait but worth the while.
Unfortunately the delivery man was not helpful and left it outside my gate and could have changed positioning with his trolley but you could tell he couldn’t be bothered. I had the Herculean challenge of dragging the pallet up my path into the garden.
I would change the delivery man for someone of more use than just driving.

Got the divide and conquer. Speedy delivery and got support for the 10% discount which wasn't applying online.

Family coming for bank holiday weekend so we’ll be turning some pizza’s on the Bella 🍕

The purchase was easy enough and the Kamado X looked amazing.
Following the purchase I had no emails or messages to arrange delivery. I got an email about SHOP app to say that we could track delivery but nothing got updated on here. Delivery was quick but because of the lack of communication it wasn’t expected and I was on route to work. I had to do an about then and accept the delivery.

I phoned the BBQ Bits team to explain that I had no idea it was coming, but the lady wasn’t very helpful and didn’t seem to care. She said it can’t be tracked or arranged with the haulage company. I explained that we could have been away or no able to accept the delivery but she didn’t seem to care.

Shame really as the purchase process was really easy but that’s where it stopped.

The BBQ is fantastic though, a guide or tips/recipe book would have been amazing especially as you can do pizzas and slow roast meats.

We’re very happy with the bbq so far but service wasn’t the best.

Really quick service, delivery well packaged and secure. My only gripe is the pizza peel, I think being held together with bolts is a weird design choice.

Finally a cover that fits the Aldi pizza oven.

I have been looking for one of these for years. It fits perfect! Thank you

Great service cannot fault definitely use again

No delivery on dough balls. Pizza peel is ok, nothing more nothing less.

Disappointed to be over a week on and still have nothing of the dough balls or any communication.

Email chase and live chat but nothing. Do not pick up the phone on a Saturday.

Easy to use website, the Pizza oven seems very well built, came really quickly and was packaged very well

Good price and great pizza. It does take a little bit of time to get to know what it takes for a good pizza, but no more than a few pizzas that may get a little over done around the edge. I base it on one tray of pellets does one pizza, whilst you start topping the next pizza, pop some more pellets in which ignite from existing hot pellets and your ready to go in minutes.

Ordered and paid for 2 items, unfortunately one was out of stock. Prompt email received advising of the issue and an immediate refund was arranged. The other item (charcoal basket) arrived the following day. Seems to be good quality and also has a divider which was not mentioned in the description, so even better value than I originally thought. Highly recommended
