Black Country Asbestos & Demolition Opiniones

I am unable to find any fault with the courtesy and professionalism of this company.Chris was there for us, from start to finish, when we had the large amount of asbestos collected. A great company and staff.
Thank you

Good & efficient service

Quick to get the quote out, great price, the team was helpful, and professional. Great company!

BCA were brilliant from beginning to end, it took us 3 years to get our act together and actually engage them to do the work but they did exactly what we asked them to do, the staff were friendly and prompt and explained everything throughout the process. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely a trustworthy hardworking company.

Good communication

A prompt response to my query with a visit not long after even though the company are very busy. This was appreciated. Was able to discuss the problem face to face with the expert - always useful.

Extremely happy with the service and price. Friendly staff

Excellent service, reliable with time keeping and work to a high standard. Highly recommend

I needed an asbestos test done. Ryan couldn’t have been more helpful. Went the extra mile for me as I was in a difficult situation. Highly recommend

At every touch point whether on the phone or F2F with Ryan when he dropped off my asbestos material waste bags or took the sample to test for presence of asbestos in my roof - BCA Contracts Ltd were A1 professional and made me feel like a valued customer .After 35 years in the FM & property business for major UK /USA blue chip company I would like to think I know what good looks like. By any measure I would recommend BCA Contracts to my friends and ex- colleagues.

Contacted BCA to carry out a test on Vermiculite that was found to be in the attic. Visit planned and sample taken.
Pleasant to deal with but dropped one star as I did have to chase up on the results a couple of times.

Easy booking process, Chris contacted me straight away to set up an appointment, he was on time, friendly and got the job done quickly.

Very professional service and competitive pricing. This is the second job they have done for me and I would go back to them, if needed, without hesitation.

Efficient and thorough .

Very happy with the service. Booking was straightforward and efficient. Communication was prompt with quote and appointment scheduled in within a couple of days. The engineer, Patrick arrived on time and was very polite and professional. We also got the results of the test very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service very helpful
