Avoid this company if you have a choice
Be aware of mis selling from BDH, the charges are excessive for the service provided and BDH are very deceptive in the way they were explained. I am in the process of referring this to the regulator. If you have options of other providers, based on our experience I would avoid BDH if you can.
Update: The response from the marketing team was significantly quicker and more comprehensive than any response to the actual complaint sent via their official process. The offer to discuss these issues was hollow with a simple email that seemed pre-written as a final response.
As recommended a complaint has been prepared and submitted to the regulators in Australia.

To clarify for those reading your review, your feedback appears to relate to the fees you were charged. All of our fees are clearly disclosed upfront, both in writing and verbally when clients engage with our financial planners. We are open and transparent in our communications with clients and refute any suggestion of deception. All clients must sign a Client Agreement prior to work commencing, where these fees are clearly stated. Our subsequent Pension Transfer Analysis Report also confirms the fee payable. We are always happy to clarify our fees and services if clients do not understand them.
Furthermore, we have carried out extensive analysis of the fees we charge and believe they offer fair value for the specialist advice we offer.
We are more than happy to discuss any issues with you directly.

A Great Service Minded Company
We received expert service from BdhSterling when needing funds transferred from UK to Australia. This involved complex regulations applying to both financial ruling and UK financial compliance along with the same here in Australia. We were assigned John Vailes to handle our situation. He was professional and very patient with his approach having to deal with complete novices. I would also add the staff at BdhSterling UK were also extremely helpful Jessica Hasa in particular. Nick called me on the dot of our scheduled meeting. He understood my situation with bringing a UK pension over to Australia and we discussed the various options and obstacles.
