We have been with the group prior to BDH initially with Russell an now John as our advisors, as such we have always been happy with the advice given. The only concern we have raised is with how BDH might change as it grows into a bigger business, these concerns are not with John as the advisor but more with how BDH will change the personal experience with both short and long term clients

Well my advisor I very knowledgeable…
Well my advisor I very knowledgeable and polite. Lately I've noticed delays. This is because he's very busy. I've been waiting on an insurance plan for months and still waiting on documents to be certified. Havnt heard anything in a couple of weeks.
