Great product. Disappointing packaging which could have been a little more lavish as befits quite an expensive purchase.

If someone is ordering in December
If someone is ordering in December, you need to assume it might be a present. Sending it out covered in B and B wrapping has completely wasted any kind of surprise come the 25th

Hello Andrew,
We are very sorry to hear you are disappointed with our branded packaging your order arrived in.
If you were to email ahead of ordering we would have done our best to pack your order in un-branded packaging.
We hope the recipient still loves their gift.
Wishing you a merry Christmas.
