It was left on the doorstep in the rain, with a whole in the packaging. There was no inner layer to protect it at all. Very disappointing

Hi Claire,
Thank you for getting in touch. We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed that your parcel was left in the rain, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
Unfortunately, we have no control on where Royal Mail decides to leave each parcel. That said, we always want to help where we can.
We’ve checked our customer service system and can’t see a previous email regarding this issue from you. Had we been aware sooner, we would of course have looked into it for you at the time.
If you experience any issues in future, please do email our customer support team at support@beaumontandbear.co.uk, and they will always do their very best to assist.

Purchased a gilet which was too small
Purchased a gilet which was too small and would have just referred to have had the larger size however they sent me a credit when I went back in the very same day to spend the credit. They put the prices up for whatever reason.
It’s a shame because I now have to go elsewhere to buy my gilet and unlikely to use the company again

Respuesta de Beaumont & Bear
Hello Stephen,
We are sorry to hear you are disappointed. We provide a few different options when it comes to Exchanges and Refunds and you did in fact request to return the gilet for a store credit, which we actioned. Had you requested an exchange we would have actioned this for you.
As you ordered during our Black Friday Sale, the gilets were discounted at this time. If you were to have requested an exchange, we would have been able to sort a direct swap for you.
I hope this makes more sense to you and we do hope you return to shopping with us at some point in the future.
Merry Christmas.
