No words can say what a cruel company this is. My order was taken and funds paid,but nothing came. You can't contact them by phone it just cuts you off and emails return stating address unknown. What I paid for the bed may be nothing to them, but in my situation it's alot. Poor service doesn't even come close, please please stay away from them.

Ordered two mattresses online total scam ,they have not sent any confirmation, no receipt .The landline does not work obviously,I tried emailing them but seems like they do not care for customers.This is fraud taking money from hard working people,somebody should shut them down.The wrath of God will be upon them.

Totally been scammed. Ordered a bed to be told its out of stock straight after i ordered it. No email confirmation of order. Been waiting for a refund since. Started a bank dispute with them as clearly this is a scam. They say they cant find my order number despite the money being taken from my account and supposedly receiving an order number via email. Total scammers. Should be shut down asap!

Only a 1 because 0 isn’t an option!!! Horrendous customer service, rude and scripted! Said we’d get refund on a Friday but no apology for leaving a child without a bed!! Disgusting that this website still exists after all these negative reviews. Taking peoples money with no repercussion! There should be some comeback on these thieves!

They said my card was declined but the money was taken from my account, they are untrustworthy, I suggest you find a company that answers the phone in less than 12 calls and is honest, I've had to contact the bank about this fraudster, I hope I get my money refunded.

Avoid. Clearly a scammer. Takes your money with not even an acknowledgement of the order. Disgusting. Shame on you.

Scam company rude customer advisor! Picked a date for delivery to be told the day before my order hasn’t even gone through and I won’t receive the delivery refund! Having to claim back through bank. My son has no bed and I’m having to order through someone else. Don’t use!!

They are fraudsters. They also took payment on my credit card twice and sent wrong item, after three months of promising to refund and after they took back the item they are now refusing to refund me on the basis that i have opened a dispute with my bank, so its apparently mine and my bank's fault they are still illegally holding onto my money.

OMG. BED FACTORY. NOT DELIVERY. NOT ANSWERING PHONES. I GO TO CIVILLY COURT. I CUSTOMER.

If there was an option to give less than a 1 star I would! I ordered a bunk bed for delivery 3 days later, which of course same as all the other reviews didn’t turn up! EVENTUALLY managed to get through on their contact number to be told they don’t sell bunk beds… the bed I ordered is still IN STOCK on their website as I write this review in September. Asked for a refund to be told they only do them end of the week, which I knew would never happen. Had to open a case with PayPal and have got my money back. These absolute jokers need to be stopped from trading!

OMG, it doesn’t get any cheaper quality than that! Wow. Half on my order was missing, and the covers memory foam toppers, I can’t actually believe that they are charging people for this. I will never buy from them again.

If I could give a 0 I would, DO NOT order from this website, didn’t come on my delivery date contact number does not work, email address does not work no one to contact, bed arrived with missing parts no head board have tried contacting the driver and every number and no response, ABSOLUTE SCAMMM

Stay well away from these jokers... placed an order, specified a preferred date. Heard absolutely nothing.
In the end I emailed to cancel the order as had to buy a bed elsewhere, they replied to my email confirming the cancellation.
1 week later.. tried to deliver the cancelled bed, sent them packing
2 weeks later... no sign of refund despite being told twice that refunds are done every Friday.. well they have missed 2 opportunities.

Don't bother

I honestly would rather sleep in a skip on broken glass than have to deal with this company again I ordered a bed on the 4th July for delivery on the 7th. The bed didn't arrive I contacted them to complain and got no response until I said I wished to cancel they then phoned on the 12th promising deliver on the 13th that never turned up.

I asked for a full refund and cancelled the order I never got a refund.

Then they dumped the bed out my house on the 2nd August while nobody was in no phone call to arrange delivery before they just turned up and dumped it so the bed could have been stolen now I'm still waiting for them to collect the bed I don't want and to get a refund.
Don't trust this company go anywhere else but here there customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with

Please save yourself a lot of trouble and don't buy from these, I ordered a mattress on 26th July and they sent a completely different to the one that I ordered, and the one they sent was a such poor quality it was a joke, It took me ages to get them to take it back, and I still have not had my money back.
If I could give them no star I would.

I ordered a King Foam Mattress over a week ago from this company. I have paid for the item but like other reviewers have not received anything at all from Beds.Net!! Tried emailing and calling but nothing. You wont get through on the phone, tried about 20 times, just cuts you off.
UPDATE. My mattress has now arrived.

So I’m mad as hell at myself for not looking up beds.net on here before I bought from them, they claim that if your order is in before 13:00 Monday to Thursday you will get your delivery the next day, I ordered my 4” memory foam mattress topper at 09:00am on Monday the 1st of August, today is the 4th I have had no delivery, I have tried everything in my power to contact them, as many people on here say their phone number is useless, you can get through but a guy tells you to press 1, 2, or 3 I have tried all three, every time I have called that number (well over 100 times) it just cuts off, I then looked them up on Facebook and Instagram, I managed to send a message on Facebook, it was delivered but no one has read it, on Instagram I was able to send an email, after sending 3 emails already I am getting absolutely p’d off, you’ve guessed it, they haven’t replied to any of my emails, I have spoke to my bank and I can get a full refund after 2 weeks of placing my order if I don’t get my item that I have paid for I will be refunded, I have warned them that my next step is going to be trading standards, something has to be done about this shocking company, honestly people if you are reading my review please please be warned that they are utterly diabolical, do not order from them, go elsewhere even if it is a bit more money at least you’ll most probably get what you paid for, one last thing to add, I didn’t see this until the day after but when I paid for my item it went through payzone, something that has made me very suspicious about!

Ordered a good value divan base and "orthopaedic" mattresses in the sale.
Arrived in a timely manner.
Was expected to help manhandle it up the stairs, with one delivery man, despite my bad back.
The base is fine.
The mattress is absolutely appalling, like sitting, and lying, on jelly, no support whatsoever.
Certainly not orthopaedic, or even big standard.
Waste of money, taking advantage of low income people.
Disgraceful. Avoid.
Have to buy a new mattress.

This company needs closing down. A total rip off. Take your money and deliver a sub standard mattress nearly 3 weeks later. Threw a better mattress out. Had to buy another one, we couldn't even give Beds.net mattress to charity, they refused it.

Beds.net should not be existing as a business. It is indeed a rubbish.
I paid online for a mattress on 5/7/2022, no on-screen or email confirmation given. After calling their customer service, they said they can find the order which had been dispatched for delivery soon. After waiting for weeks and several times of calls, they either did not take the calls or promised the mattress will be delivered within a few days. It was however just cheating. Finally I gave up to contact this rubbish company and requested cancellation one week ago. Again, no confirmation of cancellation and no refund so far. I would wait another week and then will have to contact credit card provider. I will raise a complaint via authorities.
This company should be closed.
