Ordered a divam plus mattress on the 24th july to be delivered on the 27 did not arrive so emailed to tell them to cancel the order and they refused to do so and told me the order had all ready been dispatched finally was delivered today which is the 29th but only 1 part of the divan which was damaged on delivery along side the mattress no idea as to when or if even will recive the second part phoneline dosnt work and emails u get barely amything in reply terrible terrible service and no idea as to if or when il even get my money back also this company operates under the name durest beds so be sure to avoid them to utter scam artists

Please do not order from this company unless you want to lose money. They sent me 2 bed toppers at £89 each. I only ordered one. On returning the surplus one I still haven't been refunded despite ringing almost daily. Ive now given up. My mum died as well so haven't the heart to pursue it. Why can't people just be decent and honest?

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Bed was poor quality, broke as soon as we got it, was a nightmare to arrange an exchange which never ended up happening. Constantly fobbed off and no answer to emails, fb messages of calls. Lied to about delivery dates and then when I finally got through again to arrange a refund they told me they have to do a collection and then they can refund me the £250 I’ve spent. A month later no collection organised, can’t get through. Bad company with no communication, bad products and bad customer service. NEVER AGAIN.
Now having to contact the trading standards authority of my local council and we have bed parts at the side of our house which we need to get rid of asap. In the end I’ll have to pay for council collection.
Ridiculous.
UPDATE: they collected it a while later, promising a refund. The delivery man came and said he was expecting just a mattress. He took the rest anyway but Guess who hasn’t got the refund? Hope they get shut down
Also a main email address was given to me to send photos proof of damage. It bounced and never sent. I was given the email of one of the employees who never responded. Then I was given another which sent but again no response. They also have multiple numbers including the one displayed on the website, which seem to just cut off most of the time. It is a rare miracle when someone answers. - they all just lie and promise falsities though.
It seems through research that the parent company is Durest Beds Ltd and they own multiple bed companies including beds.net. & beds24hr.
All info points to this being 1000% a SCAM. BE CAREFUL and check the site you order from isn’t owned by DUREST BEDS LTD.
Buyers beware description does not…
Buyers beware description does not match product. Bought a Mattress from this company . The Mattress I got was very different from what was advertised. Told to email the pictures of the product and they would arrange pick up. That didn’t happen got very short replies to email . I decided to call their customer service was met by a very rude man who told me to organize my own return as that was their version of the Mattress they were selling . Never again very bad customer Service.

I ordered a mattress other 5th July. They said I would get it on the 8th. Its now the 18th and I haven't seen sight nor sound of the mattress. All they say is its coming tomorrow. So I stayed in and in didn't come.

The driver refused to come thryhe gate and left without delivering the bed. He answered the phone once, to me he didn't care, I couldn't do anything and then refused to pick up my phone call again. The customer services phone lines aren't manned so they couldn't intervien to get the driver to return. I won't be trying again w6this company

Ordered a memory form mattress topper which was here within a few days, packaged excellent. I am very happy with my purchase.
Very pleased with Cool Blue matress
Our order was a small double cool blue mattress for a shepherds hut.
This arrived exactly when promised, just a few days after the order. The zip cover is good quality and we expect will last.
Well packaged it expanded to full size in a few hours.
Visitors have spend a few nights using this mattress and report it is really comfy.

Further to my previous rating: No confirmation of order or receipt of payment, no contact possible with them, no intimation of delivery - but today the item was delivered to my door in good condition and exactly as specified and ordered. It is good quality and VFM, so am now expanding on my previous report

Has a anybody got a email to contact this fraud of a company please ? I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order and the customer service is none existence. Also when I’ve tried calling them it’s putting me straight through to the answer machine. Do not purchase off these ever!!! They’ve taken £220 from my bank account after I placed an order but I have no clue as to what is going on with it and wether I’ll receive my order this is awful!

Terrible experience, selling stuff on their website that they do not have in stock.
Ordered a bed and got confirmation of order and was really happy, until the next day when my order suddenly disappeared from my account area. No email or anything so thought i'd better ring them. The person i talked to just said due to container costs we can't get that bed but the website hasn't been updated. Fine BUT I received no cancellation email and would never have known before ringing them (selling items not is stock is not good practice). They said they would refund, and that's where a bad experience got worse!
I paid via PayPal so was told it would not be refunded until the following Monday (rang them on the Friday) as their policy was to refund PayPal once a week as it needed a special code only one person has or something?? This was unacceptable but I lived with it. Monday came and went and no refund, so I opened a case in PayPal as had not confidence in this company at all by this point. Various emails to the company followed where they insisted they could not now refund as the case was in place. Actually telling me I had to close the case to be refunded (wrong as this would have cancelled my PayPal buyer protection). All they had to do was respond in PayPal in resolution centre and agree the refund. They did not do this. When escalated to PayPal they were given 2 weeks to respond, they did not. So finally PayPal found in my favour and I get my refund
Moral of the story
1) don't assume they have stock even if they accept the order
2) Don't expect to be notified without having the chase them
3) Don't expect them to know how to manage PayPal as they don't seem to understand resolution centre (something that would not be needed if they had refunded themselves when THEY said they would)
Terrible experience, could not recommend ever. Products may be good, don't know, but customer service and business approach/ integrity a big ZERO out of TEN from me
