Hands down the best bed company I have done business with. Upgraded to super king size for first time due to having a little one we can’t get out our bed. Messaged a few times for advice and got reply in minutes. And what’s more impressive is the follow up. I recently received two beds, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Delivery was impressively fast, and the couriers not only brought everything in but also handled the setup, which was a huge help.

There was a slight issue during the setup, but it was addressed and resolved immediately without any hassle — a true sign of reliable service. The whole process was efficient and stress-free, and the beds are just what I was hoping for.

Overall, I’m really pleased with both the product and the service. Fast, efficient, and dependable — I’d definitely recommend them!

Good quality bad for a reasonable price.

I wasn’t sure on what colour to buy my bed as in different lighting the bed looked different colours, so I contacted the company and a lovely lady sent me lots of different beds in the same colour so I knew I was sure in what colour to buy. The company made sure everything was going smoothly by making sure before the bed was delivered that it would fit up my stairs. After a few days I set my bed up the team gave me a message to see if I had set it up and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I also bought a mattress with my bed and it’s super comfy! Great company would definitely recommend and buy again in the future!

I brought a bed from them and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. Haider was very helpful sorting out the delivery based around my time. Quality of the bed is very good and the price is great. I Would recommend bedsnk and have told all my friends and family about them.

Highly recommend, they advised me on the right frame and mattress to suit my needs and prevented me from purchasing a mattress that may not of fitted up the stairs in my property.

I'm very happy with my bed, and the overall service. They made me a bespoke bed that wasn't on their website, and had it delivered a week later! It's exactly what I asked for, the mattress is super comfortable, and the quality of the materials have exceeded my expectations. They even called prior to getting to me just to make sure I knew they were on their way. Communication was amazing, and they even checked up after the bed had been delivered to make sure I had set the bed up alright. I can't recommend them enough, and will definitely be ordering again when I need another bed.

Single handledly the worst shopping experience I have ever had online. Pure incompetence and horrendous customer service.
They sent me a bed with missing parts, one end higher than the other. Took forever to rectify the problem.

Got a full refund as per my consumer rights and order a bed from somewhere!
