Happy with my new ottoman bed base and headboard. The price was very competitive, and the quality is good.
Not happy with the delivery. It was delivered on the planned day, but no phone call, and the bed was left on my drive, and not taken to my door.

The only complaint was that the clip was plastic instead of metal and the only way they could be fitted was if the bed was in its final position. If the clips were fitted in position and the bed moved the clips would spring off.

Good bed for the price.It is for our 3rd bedroom, Although our granddaughters have used it they said it was very comfortable! Very pleased with delivery time too !

I had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely person called Raihaan when struggling to decide on bed . I can't praise them enough they are professional in there knowledge of there products and the speedy reaction in replying to any questions. The bed I got is the highest quality build and the mattress is like sleeping on a cloud I sleep like a baby . There product's are set at the highest standard . From start to finish, the service and delivery has been quick and professional. I am very pleased with the quality of the headboard and they helped me to have it made and delivered within a few days so that my husband could mount it on the wall before he had to go away. Only gave Four as not tried the bed due to renovating house still. Good delivery but no way of joining the two bed pieces together to make it a double bed so used some steel brackets.

Great service had a fault with my bed they came back promptly sorted it great company highly recommend

Had Coniston ottoman double bed delivered today. Am over the moon with it. Looks just like the photo and colour is spot on. Was delivered and assembled by 2 guys who were very pleasant and professional. They took all packaging away. Glad I paid for assembly. Although it didnt look too difficult it would of taken me a lot longer and would of had to get rid of the substantial packaging. Would definatley recommend

I have nothing but great words for this company I ordered the bed on Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday- I had emailed them as needed to know a few questions and they replied within no time and was more than happy to put my mind at ease.
The delivery was perfect two friendly guys kept me updated from the get go and rang when 30mins away, delivered to my home with care and respect.
The bed itself is lovely the colour is great, the material is so nice I was a little sceptical about the base of it but I honestly didn’t need to be at all as it is very sturdy. The headboard was equally as lovely and a decent height. The mattress is a decent mattress no complaints on that at all. The drawer at the bottom of the bed is a good shout.
I will definitely be purchasing other beds.
From start to finish I have a good experience, excellent prices, friendly manner and decent quality of items what more does a person need and want. 😀

I was a little wary of buying a bed on line but I was delighted. The website was easy to use and I was able to choose the different types of mattress, headboard, storage options separately. Delivery was within the timescale and I was kept informed of the progress. The bed was assembled very quickly by a skilled engineer who was extremely helpful and friendly.

The bed was perfect. It is so hard to find a smaller single bed and this was the only one that fit my room!!! Bed is beautiful and perfect, price was really good too. I emailed for quick delivery as I had been buying and returning other single beds that didn’t fit so had no bed for ages. Raihaan sorted me out quick delivery, she was so nice and gave me quick responses. No assembly needed! Only for the headboard which took me minutes. Anyways I so recommended, good quality, quick delivery, good price, actually fits my room! They have good measurements and Raihaan was so lovely. I ordered this last year June2025 sorry for the late review I totally forget!
