My alarm was installed by Roger on 5 May 1993, when he worked for SRP Alarms and was taken over by Roger when he started BEHSS. The system has been serviced and updated where necessary. The office staff are always friendly and efficient and the same can be said of the engineers (mainly Mark in recent years). I thoroughly recommend this local company

Office staff were friendly and helpful. Engineer was on time, polite and courteous and very tidy. He installed our alarm equipment in a professional manner. What was very encouraging was that the system worked immediately it was installed. We were very impressed.

Booking a service is easy, as they remind you that it is coming up and their very polite, helpful team, available on the end of the phone, make it easy. And during our extension the boss came out to review the system and made sensible suggestions that did not cost the earth to have implemented.
