Ordered so called linen shirts. Before I even opened the plastic packet I could see they were nothing like we ordered! Not even linen. Awful shirts. The colour didn’t match the picture there were cottons hanging from every button. Really shoddy! Then had to pay to send them back to China and wait an eternity to get my money back!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, waited 2 months for a hoody, when it finally arrived it was absolutely horrendous, poor quality, cheap and nasty - nothing like advertised - they expect me to post it back to China for a refund I doubt I’d receive anyway, still arguing with them now for a refund. Avoid at all costs!

THE WORST EVER. Do not go anywhere near this company.they advertise things totally incorrectly, they do not refund you, and there is nothing good about them at all.
Do not touch them with a barge pole.

Awful company. The items on the pictures are not what they send out. They refuse to refund and try give you 10% money back compensation. They try make you pay for shipping to return even though the product is advertised wrong. avoid at all costs. awful company!

Ordered 2 pairs on joggers with a side stripe.. Took 3 weeks and even though they were identical items but in different colours, they turned up in vastly different sizes and 1 didn't even have the side stripe. They weren't cheap but the items sent were - poorly made and cheap polyester.
The expect me to pay to return to China, which I didn't know at the outset they were from. It maybe a glossy website but the items are cheap and shoddy and they can't even send items that are supposed to be the same.
AVOID.

I ordered a gilet on the 5/1/26 . It finally arrived today 17/2/26 . It is shoddily made , thin (without adequate stuffing) has a totally different lining to the advert . However the most disappointing thing is the size . I ordered an extra large and the gilet is tiny . Not even a medium I would say . I can barely put my arms through the arm holes . An absolute scam to sell this rubbish . DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY .

Do not us these people, they said they delivered my parcel before Christmas and never did. Then they just stopped replying to emails. Massive scam

Cheaply made from a Chinese factory, so if you need to return, you pay for your own shipping which makes it not worth it.

After many emails to this company I finally got a reply. Yes I could return the jumper I bought but it will cost about £20 as it goes to China not the Netherlands as you would presume. Must be office in Netherlands and a factory in China. Not a good experience, not good quality either and goods are not what you order.

After a lengthy wait for the item I was disappointed with the quality and finish of the garment. I looked for return details and could find none, no info on the web page, I have emailed them twice, no response.
Will never consider trying to buy from the, again.

If I could give no stars I would. A jumper ordered on this site bore no resemblance to the picture. Dreadful quality. A total scam. Implied a price reduction from £67 to £27. The item is not even worth £1. Cost of return to CHINA is around £20 with buyer covering return costs. AVOID this website.

They are con artists. Products are rubbish and they are liars. Avoid buying anything from them or you will live to regret it.
This is a warning to anyone thinking of dealing with them.

The product was poor quality, the sizing was wrong and the returns policy was very difficult to navigate and very expensive.
They are in China , not France!. The garment was worth a quarter of what I paid for it. I would have had to spend 20 quid to get 40 quid back and I did not trust the process so I took a 4 quid courtesy refund and left it there . Do not buy from them!!!. I am considering sending the garment to Trading Standards .

Fake storefront - don’t be fooled. This is a Chinese company. Ordered a jacket which took over a month to arrive, it is really poor quality and not like photos. Returns are impossible as has to be sent to China at buyer’s cost.
Do not buy from this company, you will be disappointed.

Do not buy from this company it’s rubbish received a coat which is too small then you’ve gotta send it back to China. Ask for a new Top instead of a refund. They’re not interested but the time I told him I would take £10 as a gesture, they then told me that it was too late and 30 days elapsed do not buy from this company.

I’d give zero if that was an option. I ordered an army green denim thick shirt. I received a thin 100% polyester bad fitting shirt. For £29.95

The only plus side to this company is that they actually send you some goods. The quality of the clothes is really poor, nothing to resemble the pictures online, cheap products.
Their returns policy is to contact them to return your goods, they will string you along until you are past 30 days and then advise the returns window has lapsed.
Totally dodgy company, should not be permitted to trade.

Men's sweater £34.95 ordered 19th Dec was advertised as delivery before Christmas, actually arrived 3rd Jan. No resemblance to the website photo, very poor quality and did not match their item description.

Their returns policy makes it almost impossible to return items, China address and they clearly have no intention of providing refunds. Do not fall victim to them. I have applied for a chargeback via my credit card company.

Very poor quality Chinese drop shipping. Ordered a puffer jacket. My nan had more puff. The return process is like an interrogation and almost impossible.

Don’t waste your time or money.

BEWARE - THEY SELL VERY POOR QUALITY COUNTERFEIT ITEMS THAT ARE NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE PHOTOS.

This is a company based in the Netherlands and shipping counterfeit goods from China. My daughter's order took 19 days to arrive, came from China, no tags on the garment. The garment did not match the photos on the website and is a very poor quality counterfeit Scuffers item and also had staining on the bottom cuff. It was on Black Friday sale but even at that it is worth a few pounds at best, nowhere near the price paid. Whilst customer services did reply all they have offered is a return at our own cost.
I am applying for a credit card charge back.
