Absolute scam company. Go nowhere near. Once you pay for the shoddy product that you receive,if you actually receive anything, you will be 100% disappointed. Please read reviews. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

For reasons unknown to me, my account was restricted and I couldn’t withdraw my funds. After trying several approaches, I eventually got help from GLLP_•_UK

Absolutely horrendous. Took weeks to arrive, order was screwed up in a bag that was wrapped in at least a whole role of sellotape and when I did manage to open it it was the wrong size, ordered large, received a small. Pointless returning it as will cost just as much as it cost in the first place. AVOID!!!!

Be warned, steer well away from purchasing anything from Belmode. Took 6 weeks for my item to arrive and the quality was unbelievably pathetic (not to mention the awful smell that came from the garment). There were no washing instruction labels and not even a designer label. I went to return the item for a refund but the postage costs were that expensive it wasn’t worth send back. After numerous emails I managed to agree to a 25% refund which I am still waiting for. If I don’t receive it I will be in touch with my credit card company and raise a dispute.

This company are a complete rip off. I got the completely wrong boots and a top that wouldn’t fit a size UK8, and like everyone else on here I was offered 10% to keep the item. But because I didn’t back down they then started to get cheeky by saying that go ahead and send them back but by the time it arrives you will have missed the refund policy cut off.

If that wasn’t bad enough a few weeks later someone tried to use my card on line, when my bank asked me all the questions Belmode was the only site that was a unusual transaction so I hope they get caught and their cheap factory burns to the ground, funny how they only post to the UK, again another red flag to look out for in future.

Would rate as zero, definitely a scam set-up, items on web site look great and the description suggests quality, however what arrives is absolute rubbish - the supposed chunky jumper was see-through, the wool handwash top was baggy shapeless spandex. PLEASE NOBODY ELSE BUY FROM THEM. Auto generated email responses to my complaint kept coming back - but no resolution so I wasted over £60. I know they put a reply to this post asking to get in touch (saw it on other peoples’ posts but that will also be a scam)

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a fraudulent company that I’m surprised is allowed to continue operating after all the other reviews I’ve read. I will be contacting trading standard about my recent, terrible experience with them. I bought a product from them and then contacted them to say I needed a refund after it hadn’t been delivered to me after two weeks. The note on the selling page was intentionally misleading and said the product would be ‘shipped the next day.’ Their customer service team told me they would organise for the product to be rejected and returned at point of delivery. (It would still take weeks after that to get a refund as it would be sent back to a factor in China.) Then, horrifically, the company claimed to have delivered the parcel at a time when I wasn’t home and said their courier left it ‘somewhere’ and Belmode aren’t sure why it didn’t show-up. (This is after agreeing to contact the courier so they knew to return the product). I asked for a full refund and they have the audacity to tell me to contact the courier myself!

Absolutely terrible service. What the website does not tell you is that their products are shipped from China, are extremely poor quality, take ages to arrive and are almost impossible to return or get a refund

Charging £50 for an item that my partner would never wear several emails to finally get an address to send back but not worth sending back as you would probably need to pay that price in shipping as they don't provide returns. Never buy off this website

I would avoid this company at all costs. Purchased a shirt and what arrived was nothing like the one I ordered. The quality was very very poor, threads hanging out on places. Everything was cheap about it. I have contacted the company and asked for a prepaid returns label which they wouldn't provide and had to send back at my own cost which was around £20 which they aren't willing to reimburse me. I have spends ages emailing back and forth and getting no where with them. Spend your money elsewhere on better quality clothing

Ordered before xmas and still no trousers, no confirmation. No update! I’ll be pursing a refund!!

Was advised by belmode they would ensure my order would arrive within time stated on the order conformation
Never happened and not sure when I will get my order.
Sound as if reviews are correct I will struggle to get credit when I send back

I ordered a coat. Very disappointed with it. Fabric is very poor quality and it doesn't even have a lining.

The phone number on the their site is assigned to someone else, they potentially scamming people with the products whereas you have no one to contact.
I bought a women's shoe wrong size of what i ordered was sent to me.
If u buy anything from their site you stucked with it.

I placed an order with Belmode over two weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived.

The website advertises free Royal Mail delivery, which reasonably suggests that once dispatched it would arrive within a few days. Instead, it took 11 days just for the order to leave the warehouse, and after that the delivery estimate states 5–10 business days — none of which was clearly communicated at checkout.

Now I’m about to go on holiday, which is what the items were ordered for, so the delivery is completely pointless.

If delivery times had been transparent, I would not have placed the order. Overall, a very disappointing experience and misleading expectations around shipping.

Terrible company sent for a 3xl cashmere cardigan for my husband it arrived small to medium and definitely not made of cashmere the company work on scamming people and then do not offer free returns to make it hard to return then offer you5% discount a joke

They sent completely different items from what was selected and are costly. I purchased what I believed to be a long jacket; however, I received a small jacket instead, and returning it will be challenging due to the unusual address in China. Consequently, I have no alternative but to request my credit card company to investigate the refund if it is not processed within the designated timeframe.
