Bel Mode - SCAMMERS
Never received item, contacted customer services via email as phone number does not work. Advised house number apparently missing, but other item received fine (very cheap material by the way, the bag it arrived in was worth more). Several emails back and fourth (9 so far) advising of house number, Logistics Team were advised and I was told goods would be despatched and I would be informed when, nope, a week later they wanted an additional shipping fee (don't think so). Requested a refund, they advised the appropriate team for refund & update me ASAP. Once processed confirmation of refund will be sent. Once again nope, latest email received saying 'warehouse team have advised because of incomplete address details not eligible for a refund'. The person I was in contact with at every stage did not mentioned this at the beginning and working in Customer Care (if they really did) should have known this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not order anything from this company, my daughter is a student so cannot afford to lose money, she has learnt the hard way unfortunately and have told her to check on Trustpilot when using a company she has not hear of before buying.

worth the slight wait
Shipping was slightly slower this time but when I opened the package I forgot about the wait. The fabric feels amazing and the stitching looks clean. It just looks put together without trying to hard.

Awful, based in china, refuses refunds, once it did eventually arrive the website rebranded and no links worked anymore for any of my devices, even with a VPN. Please never order anything from here

Liars who won’t refund me
Absolute shocking what a absolute joke this company is I ordered the 25th of January. I still haven’t received anything. I’ve been constantly emailing them asking them for a refund and they emailed me days later and every email is like a generic one. Sorry about your item, not being with you let me check this for you but they are absolute liars. I’ve asked for a refund so many times they just ignore me if I was you, I’ll stay away from this crap dodgy website. These people really do not care about you or anyone else all they’re interested in getting money and they are absolutely blob. Ing people I wouldn’t even give them one staff. I didn’t have to absolute load of cowboys.
What a surprise they take days to apply but when I leave them a bad review they reply early in the morning and then they bombarded me with an automatic message saying what they’ve already said. I’m sorry for your inconvenience. No, you’re not. Sorry I’ve asked for a refund so many times now, please just refund my money that you stole them from me.

Seriously fake items from China. Website gives the impression they are coming from US! No returns info (address) on website. Returns info provided two weeks after delivery and raising concern. All returns at purchasers cost and to be returned to China within 30 days which is unachievable.

I didn’t even want to give 1 star
I didn’t even want to give 1 star, but I couldn’t leave a review without doing so. The item I ordered was very small - even though I checked measurements before ordering. It took a long time to come, and then when I tried to return / exchange it was a nightmare. At first I thought they were being helpful but then it dragged on for ages due to their delays in coming back to me, then they said they couldn’t help due to being outside the time of the return policy. Use at your peril!!! I certainly won’t be purchasing from here again.

J'ai commandé cette robe pour l'hiver et je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix. La couleur verte est magnifique, exactement comme sur la photo. La taille XL me va parfaitement elle est ample sans être trop large, idéale pour être confortable tout en restant élégante. Le tissu est épais, bien chaud pour l'hiver, mais pas trop lourd non plus. Je l'ai déjà portée plusieurs fois et elle tient parfaitement après lavage. La livraison a été rapide et gratuite, ce qui est un vrai plus. Je suis ravie de cet achat et je reviendrai certainement sur ce site.

J'ai commandé ces deux polos pour mon copain sans être totalement sûre de la coupe, mais franchement, c'est une réussite. La qualité est bien meilleure que ce à quoi je m'attendais pour le prix. Le tissu est agréable, les coutures sont propres, et les couleurs (kaki et beige) sont parfaites, exactement comme sur les photos. La taille 2XL lui va comme un gant, ni trop serrée ni trop ample. C'est moi qui ai passé commande et tout a été facturé à mon nom, mais la livraison s'est faite directement chez lui sans aucun problème. Le service est rapide et fiable. C'est une très bonne adresse pour trouver des vêtements masculins de qualité.
