The print I ordered was much higher quality than I anticipated and the resolution was awesome which I definitely was not anticipating. Thank you ! The item turned out great. I was disappointed that it was not made in the USA. The support addresses led me to believe it was, being in Colorado. You should make that a little clearer that they're coming from China.

I ordered a canvas but forgot to include my pet’s name. I missed an email from the company saying they’d proceed without the name if I didn’t respond within 24 hours. Though I eventually got in touch and they were able to include the name—which I’m very grateful for—I wish they hadn’t started production without hearing back from me. Losing my pet was deeply painful, and during that time, I couldn’t stay on top of emails. It would’ve meant a lot if they’d shown more sensitivity or made an extra effort to follow up. The final canvas is lovely, and I appreciate that the name was added.
