Hi..our neighbors lost their beloved lab DIXIE and we wanted to find something unique and special and I came across this company.. Dixie loved their pond and I sent a picture of her walking in the water near the sandy area. At 1st they sent a nice preview but it wasn't as vivid as the picture,and I asked if they could show more of the pond because it meant so much and if it was possible to add her name in the sand with the dates. To my unexpected surprise they worked their magic and it came out absolutely perfect. And added her name in the sand as if they wrote it themselves. Even my husband commented on how nice it came out because he was her swimming buddy. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.They listened to my requests and made it happen.

I placed an order but had to cancel it for unforeseen circumstances. The customer service agent was very pleasant to chat with and was very understanding about my situation. I intend on ordering their products in the future because they look very nice.

When I reached out to Benicee they were exactly what I was looking for to memorialize her. They were very detail oriented and responded quickly to the changes I asked for.
