I had to return a Christmas tree, as I 2 trees in error. One, I ordered as it said the order hadn’t been successful, so I ordered a second one. The support I have received from James is second to none. Excellent customer service.

We purchased a gazebo of Berkshire house on opening noticed no fittings, contacted Berkshire and within 24hrs response was we have dispatched new and you may keep the one you have or done ... excellent all round service

Unfortunately my order was lost so a full refund is being done. First class correspondence from their customer care department. I would definitely use again as they are a company that I would trust.

I’m very pleased with the way my issue was handled. Although I initially had a problem with the product, the customer service team responded professionally and took my concerns seriously.

After reviewing the matter, they provided a full refund and did not require me to go through the inconvenience of returning the product. The communication was polite, clear and helpful throughout.

The customer service is very professional and the response to my query was fast. No issues at all with looking at my query regarding a piece of furniture. Each email was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner

I bought some shelves from this company but they came without the brackets. The incompetence of customer service dealing with this is unbelievable. Constant questions , asking to see photographs and eventually telling me the shelves don’t have brackets. They should. The photo and parts list has brackets and screws listed. Now after over a week of correspondence I have to send a photograph of the shelves. No idea what this will prove. At some point I’ll have to waste more time waiting in while they collect the unusable shelves.

Very weird how you can't find a phone number for this company!
You can only deal with them by email which is replied to by a different person everytime.
They know exactly have s**t their products are and try to palm you off by offering a 25% discount to keep the utter rubbish they have sent.

I really really wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Purchased the Berkfield Highboard White 68x39x107 cm Steel and, having build self assembly / flat pack items for over 30 years, I have to say this is one of the most impractical and poorly designed items I have had the misfortune to have purchased.

Despite having to chase failed delivery of the storage cupboard up on more than one occasion, it arrived and was an absolute nightmare to assemble (only manage part assembly and had to give up!). Instructions were cryptic, and while I like problem solving, this was a step too far!!!! The instructions were impossible to get to grips with (I have been able to follow complex flat packs previously for wardrobes etc.). Holes in places where you could fit a slim screwdriver meaning screws had to either go in at an angle or be left out, flimsy metal sheets meaning two people have to be present at all time for the assembly due to wobbling pieces. Screws would not always align with holes and should you get one thing wrong, you have to dissemble the whole lot and off you go again. There were many parts that could have been pre-assembled (e.g. doors, back wobbly panels), For the price of this product, I would have expected better quality and better instruction as well as more bits pre-assembled.

NEVER AGAIN would I purchase this or other products like this!!!!
