Packaging takes away from product
The product is good and as requested.
However, the packaging (the title isn’t box) was thoroughly battered when I received it which I expect is mainly due to the substandard packaging that it was posted in.
This was a gift for someone so very disappointed.

I'm sorry that your golf balls packaging arrived damaged, we do our best to pack as well as we can to avoid damage but also to allow them to be delivered through the letterbox to avoid delay. Should this happen we are more than happy to send out new outer boxes which are for a gift, these are normally sent out flat packed.

Although we had some issues in the beginning due to the company not having stock of what I wanted, they went out of their way to answer my numerous emails before they sourced the bag from elsewhere then printed it to my specification. Great company and so pleased with the final product, tempted to get myself one now! wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Lucy in the office was a great help from start to finish
