The car was collected on time and the driver efficient and polite.
The V5 document details were amended by the team and I received an email from the DVLA showing change of ownership before handing over the keys.

Fantastic customer service from Lauren and the team. Straight forward process, dropped the car off and was given the price I was quoted, handover took no more than 15 minutes and my finance was settled and remaining equity transferred to my bank within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend

I found this company were very professional from when I first enquired to the final transaction. I received a phone call from Charlie to my initial enquiry and explained it would be couple of weeks before selling. It was great that I was not bombarded with emails and phone calls like the other internet sites. He just said come back when you are ready and I am so glad I did. I receive a price substantially more than the garage trade in price, and other internet sites. Thank you Charlie for making this such an efficient transaction.

Whole experience was very stress free from the start. I got what I wanted for the car, everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Especially Lauren Fleetwood, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The person who came to collect the car completed the appraisal then the money was transferred.
