Do not touch this company with a barge pole! Due to extremely misleading advertising I ordered a portable vacuum for cleaning my car. The widest nozzle is less than 2 cm. This product is only suitable for cleaning a dolls house. The advert said it would arrive in 2 to 5 days. The order confirmation gives a tracking number but no information as to where you use that number. After a number of emails asking where my order was, finally it arrived after 17 days. But due to misleading advert - not at all fit for purpose. Tried to get my money back after the promise of a 30 day trial and full refund promise - now they are playing silly buggars about giving me a returns address. These people are scammers!!
PS Since purchasing their product costing £81 - I discovered today that Lakeland are selling the same item for £15 and another company are selling it for £19.
