Utter joke of a company
Utter joke of a company - ordered an item,no communication - chased them up to be told it would not be shipped for a month! Cancelled my order after them trying several times to palm me off - STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND and it has now been almost two months! To say i`m disgusted is an understatement!

I submitted an honest, realistic review of a product that fell way short of the expectation built from reading both their description and the published reviews (all of which were 5-star) and they have so far not published it, or any other less than favourable review of every product I have looked at.

Item didn't arrive
As soon as I informed them that I hadn't received my item, they told me it wasn't in stock. They were quick then to allow me to select another item which was in stock and which will be delivered promptly.

Happy outcome
I ordered my doll on 28th oct,sent email requesting update on 31st oct,another on 3rd nov.finally got reply at 01,45 am 4th nov. saying due to overstocking would be the 11th when sent. I had cancelled order by then and I have sent 3 more emails asking for refund. No replies.
Since I uploaded this review bestvibe got in touch with me and after some back and forwards I am happy to say a full refund was paid and also hopefully, maybe some lessons learnt. For both sides. I do find sites selling this type of item all seem to offer fast delivery and cheap prices and then fail to stick with promises. This makes it hard for customers to not feel as if they are being scammed, especially if communication is also disjointed.I also think the difference in cultures does have an effect on how deals transpire. I have since had a few emails between bestvibes and myself and would like to think they are running an honest business and my experiance is not their normal. They have tried to make amends and I appreciate their efforts. I am also thinking of attempting to buy from them again,so fingers crossed.

No product and no updates
I ordered a product two weeks ago. They initially responded to my email saying that it was currently out of stock and inviting me to contact them again, but this is now eight days ago since I last heard from them, and they have not replied to any of my emails since (with my asking for delivery updates). I notice in some of the 1-star reviews they respond saying, "Please get in touch with us..." But I wonder how many of these complaints really get resolved behind closed doors (we will never know.). Also, they are based in Hongkong/China; they are not based in the UK (despite the website domain that they use). Use them at your own risk - You have been warned.

Worst customers experiments ever…
Can’t supply what I order so I’ve asked for a full refund but get no reply to the numerous emails I’ve sent them. But I suppose they don’t care as they’ve got my money. I’ve only given it one star because you cannot give it zero the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience with this store. I received an item with a small issue, and their customer service went above and beyond to help me. They immediately offered me a replacement of my choice, shipped it on time, and even told me to keep the original item. The new item had a small price difference, but they kindly waived it.
