Had a few orders from bestvibe and…
Had a few orders from bestvibe and quite happy with the items and service. Ordering is easy and they normally have good deals on so most times I can pick up good quality items at a good price. Delivered in a couple of days in packaging that doesn’t let everyone know what it is :-). The items i ordered are good quality and I have got hours of fun from it. So will definitely be ordering from them again and have told my mates and they have ordered items as well and they are happy. Keep up the good work.

Problems are there to be solved
It's at, that there aren't 10 Stars to award this business, because of there brilliant customer service which many larger companies fail to implement, and using AI isn't used by Bestvibe.
Recently I bought some of their products, and on its arrival I found that somehow their despatch department had forgotten to include the Free Offer needed to make it work correctly.
On sending them an email they quickly replied and apologised, then sent the missing item, plus an extra one as well.
Unfortunately, and due to what was a
possible manufacturing issue, it was found that the items mechanism stopped working after only 5 minutes. As the item is powered by a battery it was thought that the battery hadn't been fully charged, so the charging cable was connected and left on for a couple of hours after the battery fully charged light
came on. But once again the item only ran for just over 5 minutes, with it thought there was either a faulty battery or some safety cut-out in the electrical system I contacted Bestvibe by sending an email about the problem. And as the battery and mechanism was
unable to be accessed, due to it being a sealed unit, I expected having to return the faulty item. But I soon had a reply from the customer care team, who apologised for the problem, which must be a manufacturing and quality control issue with the company in China that made it.
The customer care team offered to send out a replacement without wanting the faulty item back before doing so. But I decided that, and though it wasn't in their policy of replacing an item, I asked if it was possible to have a refund. I was therefore surprised that this was instantly agreed, which shows how well their
customer care system is correctly named, unlike many much larger concerns using AI technology that makes even trying to explain a problem impossible, that is unless you spend ages going through all the boxes and after 20 minutes, or even longer, you finally land on the box that will connect
you to an Agent, who often seems to be there to keep you on the phone, or text messages, for so long that you fall asleep listening to 'Your call is important, please stay on the line'.
So Bestvibe is a business that must have a really good management, who also realise that customer relationship is high
on their list of how a business should be run. Well done, and thanks for the kind remarks on my additional comments.

Excellent Experience
Recently I bought some items and my god I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing quality and prices ! With my first purchase there was a bit of an unexpected deal with delivery. As I'd bought on sale I was beginning to think was it too good to be true? However I need not have worried as once I made contact with customer service they undertook to resolve logistics problems and I received my product safe and sound as ordered. Since that I made a few more purchases and everything went smoothly. From my recent experience this is a very good and decent company that is selling excellent products for reasonable prices. They have a nice website accurately describing the products they sell. Fun guaranteed
