This is a great company. The equipment is truly top notch and is perfect for my home gym setup. The squat rack is super sturdy and everything is very functional. The best part about the company by far though is the customer service. I had a couple questions come up over the course of ordering an entire new home gym and the representatives I emailed with always got back to me unbelievably quickly with expert help. I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to start a home gym or just wanting to add some more workout equipment to their current setup.

Great equipment quality and design are on point. I had a small problem a year down the line and they were very helpful and correct the situation within a week!

More than 3.5weeks after I've paid my stuff i'm still waiting for it after the asked me to lent around 77 extra dollars. I know that this was in the contract, but after I have given them an address that did not need the supplement, I waited and waited and still. I should get my order tomorroy, but I'm crossing my fingers.

For what I've experienced, the canadian's office is the source of that lack of diligence.b After asking for a call back on 3 occasions and getting nothine and no awnser to any email, I get it. But, and all the stars I'm giving is deseved by Eve which was very nice and did all she could.

I bought Jammer Arms a couple months ago. Price was great and they shipped quickly. I've been super happy with the quality for such an affordable price. The arms pivot on bearing which is great. Most I see at this price don't use bearings. Super happy with my purchase.

Better Body Equipment is a genuinely great company. Not only are their products top notch, but their customer service is top tier as well. Quick personal anecdote: I purchased a pair of adjustable dumbbells during their Black Friday sale. The shipping was delayed due to increased volume, which is understandable. I waited about a week after they were estimated to arrive, but they didn't show as shipped. I reached out to Customer Service and explained my situation. They were so kind and helpful, they upgraded my order a bit and sent out my order the next day from their Canadian site (I'm in the US and they have a separate location down here which they normally fulfill US orders through). I received my dumbbells a few days later and they work fantastically; I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Better Body, I will be a customer for life!

I purchased a set of twist dumbbell set for my husband a few years ago. We had a couple of things happen in the last few months where we needed to contact their service department. I am happy to share their service is AMAZING! Very responsive, personal service and support, and they don't stop until they know they have solved your issues - unheard of these days, but this company makes it a stress-free experience. I'm in the service industry so appreciate when I receive great service. I highly recommend this company. My husband loves the set and hope he will have it for years to come.

I would give zero stars if I could. We placed an order and they intially charged $125 in shipping. After the order was placed they wanted to charge an additional $38 to ship. We cancelled our order and found a better price elsewhere. It has been three weeks since we cancelled and still no refund. We are currently out $650.

Bought the adjustable fold up bench. Super fast service. Great bench for my needs.

The equipment is good, affordable and recieved quite quickly. Bench is a little unstable but nothing that hinders a workout.

Product was exactly as described, arrived quickly.
