I ordered a bench and set of adjustable weights a few months ago. I can say that their products quality are superior and are priced well.

My orders came quickly as well with timely delivery updates.

They brought the 90 pound adjustable dumbbells on time and not damaged. No complaints at all from me. Good so far. Will only get getter with time

Product selection and price is quite good. Better than the average "fitness product site". Purchased the 52.5lb adjustable dumbbells and incline bench for a solid deal. The dumbbells work well, but the selecting mechanism has gotten stuck a few times resulting in either picking up extra weight than the selected number, or not rotating at all after replacing in the stand. Both are an easy fix, but can be inconvenient mid workout. Pretty much the only reason it's 4 stars and not 5. Notifications of sales via text is a solid plus.

I ordered my barbell and squat rack bundle and must say, it was the best price I could find. Not all the items were in stock which caused delay on the order. Eventually they sent monster of it and I waited for the bench to be sent at a different time (no shipping charge). Customer service was fantastic and continued to update me as I emailed to check in. When the equipment arrived it's qualify was outstanding. I was able ti put it together on my own and I continue to be impressed with my set up! There are definitely some other items I will be purchase at a later date :) the only reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is because the delivery did not happen as advertised but I was okay with that as it did come and they communicated with me about this as well.

I’ve been buying from this company since it first started up a few years ago in Canada. What started as just a few items that I picked up during the height of the pandemic, turned into a full home gym. I love the products and what this company has to offer and what they believe in.

The founders are young and ambitious and they continue to increase the selection of products offered, with a focus of offering equipment that are adjustable, versatile and space-saving. The quality of the equipment is better than any other company I’ve come across that offer similar items; the prices are affordable, there’s a reward program, great sales, and the company offers warranties and replacements.

The customer service representatives are friendly and helpful and quick to follow-up.

So far, I’ve purchased an incline squat rack, a bench, 3 barbells, several sets of adjustable dumbbells, weighted plates, and several accessories.

I did a lot of research and found Better Body had the best combo bench and dumbbell deal. Dumbbells I'm sure are as good as any other however the weight bench seems a little flimsy for a big guy. Overall satisfied.

In my opinion, this company has a fairly decent price towards their products. I also appreciate the messages and notifications sent when they have a sale.

Amazing quality barbell at a fantastic price.

I recently received my adjustable twist dumbbell set and one of them arrived damaged. It is damaged to the point where it is unusable (the handle and multiple plates are broken). I immediately reached out to Customer Support and my experience so far has been horrible. James in customer support is VERY delayed in his response time. Apparently, he is the only one on the support team and there is no one else to contact. I tried to find a way to talk to his manager and I was informed there was nobody. He does not want to send me a new dumbbell and keeps trying to send me parts so that I can fix it. I’ve been going back and forth with him for almost 2 weeks with no solution. I’ve honestly never had such bad customer service, and I rarely ever write reviews. I think all the positive reviews must be due to not having received a broken product and then having to deal with the support team. They claim to be "Hassle Free", but my experience has been nothing but a pain.

Great company super easy to do business with. The bundles were great and helped built a perfect home gym. Service was responsive and the YouTube videos for set up were very helpful.

I just read some 1-star reviews and decided to write my own. I feel bad for all the people that had a bad experience with BBE. My experience was very pleasant. I finally decided to get my powerlifting equipment after almost 2 decades of paying for a membership. I had some pre-order questions and the customer service representative was very helpful - all my questions were answered sufficiently. I placed my order, and the stuff was delivered promptly (not sure how long I was waiting, but it could not have been very long - otherwise, I would remember). I received all ordered equipment, nothing was missing. A delivery guy was not very happy as he had to unload over 800 pounds of the equipment.
