Really happy with the weights, they work well and save space.

I bought the dumbbells and chair on a regular price and not on a discount because its not available that day, then the next day after I paid its available with the discount. I texted Sir James and he gave me refund! I emailed them too and they replied quickly on my concern. I got the discount refund the next day. Their Customer Service is above and beyond!!! They also called me on the delivery to make sure its a physical address. Thank you so much and God bless!!!

I purchased a 90 pound adjustable dumbbell set a couple of years ago for my son. A technical difficulty arose after much use and I wrote to customer service to seek advice. James responded immediately and helped to address the issue. He was gracious, professional and accommodating in all his interactions with me. He replaced the defective part and had great follow up. If all companies had the level of customer service that Better Body has the commerce world would be a better place!

I ordered a squat rack, barbell set, dumbell set, and bench. It's now been 5 weeks and my order has not been delivered. I've had to reach out numerous times, and I cannot get clear updates regarding my order status. They said they didn't have my address, then they somehow did and the order had shipped. Now the logistics company is saying the equipment was delivered, but I never received it and customer service hasn't responded in days. If it was delivered it was to the wrong location, and the logistics company never called to confirm the delivery time as the company stated they would on their website. I would advise to order from a different company if you don't want to deal with massive delays and headaches.

They have great customer service and an amazing warranty policy. Recently had to get a broken part fixed and it was just out of the warranty period but they replaced it for free anyway! Super quick and clear at communicating. Great product as well. Have recommended to friends and they are very happy too! Will definitely order more from here.

Good product, good pricing. Perfect for a mid price home gym setup, and a good variety of product. I personally recommend their deep dish metal weight plates as they are increcibly high quality and reasonably priced.

This actually goes back to August 2021… found them as I was searching for gym equipment because I was still not comfortable at busy gyms. Came across a page that showed decent equipment for a relatively good price.

Placed a large order with some extra weights, took a few months to arrive but at the time they were backlogged with orders and kept me informed of this. They were willing to break the order up if I wanted but I figured why waste the resources.

Late October or early November everything arrived. Again solid quality goods especially based on the great prices during a period where home gym equipment prices were rising.

10/10 will use again if I need more

Bought the 5-52.5lb Adjustable dumbbells and the bench. They have levelled up my workouts so much! Shipping was so quick and set up was simple and easy. Having two kids & a full time job, going to the gym was not an option for me but now I have one in my basement which is amazing. The items are high quality and I will likely buy the other adjustable dumbbells when I get stronger! The customer service was great and when I asked for an invoice they created one with all the information I needed. Definitely recommend this company. If you are on the fence, take the leap! You won’t be disappointed.

Great delivery, came on time and packed very solid! Have been using my power rack, plates and adjustable dumbbells for just over 3 months now and loving it.

If you are going to order the adjustable dumbbells, I'd say go for the 90s, as they have given me the most flexibility in my small garage gym

My experience using Better Body products has been fantastic! The build quality is superb, the design is brilliant, and the gear has made a perfect work gym for my business.

They save so much space and it's made it so much easier to get a quick pump in between meetings!

*Update: I finally received the missing weights and they added a free yoga mat. I appreciate the follow through. I love the equipment, but as someone who works in the freight industry, the company needs a better logistics team/person. Use tracking device if you're having issues with missing shipments or choose better carriers. Many things can happen from point to point but if not fixed, it will happen more often. They were urgent after I posted this original review.

I ordered the bundle (5-50lb dumbells, rack and bench). When I received the order, it was missing the 5lb and10lb pairs and one 40lb. I contacted them about it and received a promptly response to figure out what went wrong and saying the missing weights would be sent after shipping audit. 2 months later and have not received anything nor an update. I reached out twice the past few weeks and no response. Customer service started out promising but then failing on the follow-through. Nothing matters until the customer receives the products paid for. I would not recommend.

Great quality with their products. Their bench is super light but great durability. Their customer service is their to take care of your concerns and issues

Delay, claimed wrong address, delay, then said backordered. Only gave an extra star for responses and following through on the suggestion of a coupon. And then some more delay. Might be a good company caught in a supplier issue but won't be trying again as I can't afford to lose another 2-3 weeks.
