AVOID AT ALL COST! Unprofessional, misleading, tripled 1 missed direct debit and cancelled policy 24 hours after deducting the full balance from my account.
When I called, I was put on hold a number of times, and ended up spending an hour total just to be told to go online to get a new quote, as the policy couldn't be reinstated after cancellation, and money paid wouldn't be refunded either.
Call centre staff were hard to hear on the line due to background noise. Also, despite being told that everything was noted on the file, it in fact wasn't and I had to repeatedly explain my circumstances to different agents.

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! shocking. I was emailing to cancel this since the 30th March. They changed the finance company, so when I cancelled the old DD, the new finance company PREMFINA set up a DD even though I declined it and told them to cancel!! That must be illegal!!! How can they take money out of my accountwhen I declined the paperwork!! Then they are now hounding me and adding charges!!
When I rang BeWiser to cancel my policy they guy was very smug and gas lighting me, kept saying ' why didn't you call us' 'Why didn't you let us know' BECAUSE I DIDN'T AGREE TO NEW AGREEMENT AND DECLINED THE FINANCE. I am sure that would be fed back??? Maybe they could contact me instead of sending threatening emails and adding charges?????
Also my renewal was double the previous year, and I have had now claims!

I understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially since you requested to cancel your policy back on March 30th and yet the new finance company has set up a direct debit without your consent
