Annoying ! I just bought a motorbike and wanted to…
I just bought a motorbike and wanted to insure it before I rode it home, I completed the insurance online however my bank wanted me to verify the deposit payment on the banking app but the app was not working. I called 'be wiser' just to pay the deposit so I could ride my new motorbike home, Even though I had done it all online I was made to listen to all the terms and conditions over the phone for over 15 minutes before he took the payment. It was pouring down with rain and i just wanted to pay and go home. Im convinced its because he wanted to add the sale to his daily target.

was supposed to receive a call back as I have 2 separate policies 1 for a car and 1 for a motorbike but I can't use the portal for the motorbike claim as the email address is already linked to the car account, was told by a member of your team someone would call me to sort, this has not happened and I have no documents still

Untrustworthy, very slow, poor customer service
Couldn't trust them to amend a policy and ensure I was properly or legally covered. They are a broker, not and insurance provider. I didn't realise this when purchasing the policy through them. Even still, as a broker, they were terrible. Their knowledge is minimal and the customer service, extremely poor. The phone lines cut out with a message "sorry, we're unable to answer your call at the moment, please try again later" and the live chat service is very very slow. They're clearly talking to multiple people at the same time on live chat.

Last year I would give a 10 star this year my policy has increased by 75% for a reason il never know, nothing has changed here with my needs as I can't even get through to find out or to cancel before the cut off, simples im paying 75% more this year that's why im giving bewiser insurance a rating of just 1 star unhappy Thomas as ive wrote on your automotive interactions that font actually put you on to a human as they state

Having reviewed the policy details, I can see that the quote was obtained and the purchase was completed through our online journey, with the quote and sale processed by yourself online. No advice or recommendation was provided by an agent during the purchasing process.
The premium and level of cover selected were chosen as part of the online application based on the information entered at the time. As this was a self-service online purchase, we would not have mis-sold the policy or recommended a specific level of cover.
