I started using the patches last year when I got the copper coil and my pain changed and got more intense. I’ve been using them until last month when I thought maybe I could go without, turns out other products just aren’t as good. I never knew that a cooling sensation is exactly what I needed to calm down pain that painkillers won’t even help. It doesn’t come off unless you make it wet. The only downside for me is that it’s not easily available in every boots or supermarket.

Bought for my partner. She says they work for a while before the pain comes back. She gets about 4 hours pain free using these patches

Amazing product I’ve suffered from period cramps for years and I can’t believe how amazing these are and help reduce the cramps it’s a must for anyone who suffers with cramps I wish I new about them sooner!
