I actually LOVE LOVE LOVE the BeYou period patches, they do exactly what they say. There is a nice cooling effect to them and they definitely help with cramps and I love the smell.
There are two things that however fall short for me.
1: they do not last as long as it states, I thought it was just myself but I also gave it to my mum a couple of times and she also stated that the cooling effect only lasts for about 2 hours, to be honest it’s more the scent that lasts over 12 hours.
2: I mainly use them at night as I use my heat pad during the day. I found that it gave me somewhat of a rash or a patch of dry skin literally in the same shape as the patch and in the exact same spot I place the patch, when I saw this it made me use them a bit less. The rash/dry skin has also gone away as I exfoliate and moisturise daily so nothing serious but it’s definitely made me wary of using the patches through the full length of my period which is about 6days.
Overall I like them and it does what it says on the tin and I will carry on using them but just not as often.

My girls really love this product. Easy to use. They suffer really badly with period pains and this is the only product which works for them

This is one of the most amazing products I have used, it does exactly what it says on the packet and is a product I carry in my bag at all times. I suffer with Endometriosis and it has always been so difficult to manage the pain whilst I am out and about. The patches are so discreet and help me to manage the pain day to day and during flare ups - no more carrying a hot water bottle to work. Thank you so much for creating such an amazing product, it really has made a huge difference to my life and I will continue to shout about it!!

I was really really sceptical but these work so well! They help with period cramp pain and with lower abdominal pain from utis. They are easy peasy to apply and remove- if you don't want to shower to get it off they are fine to just peel off but do feel a bit like trying to remove a plaster especially if you've accidentally placed it over any hair. They smell nice too and work pretty much immediately. They are comfortable to wear and move around in. I've tried them only on my front so far at my lower abdomen as that's where most of my pain usually is but I imagine they would also work well applied on your lower back too. They definitely work the best at the start of the application for about 30- 40 minutes and then it dies down but it does continue to do something just not as intense. Great stuff! Would really recommend, especially if you like hot water bottles or deep heat but can't walk around with a hot water bottle or don't like the smell or feel of deep heat.

Brilliant they work so well with my period and endometriosis pain when I have flares. I don't take as much pain medication when using these
