Just spoke to BG insurance the agent was awesome(think was Sarah but might got that wrong 😏) anyway best insurance call I’ve had, very clear confident manner explained everything in detail and good pace not rushed unlike a lot of other companies telling you the small print, thanks

Spencer was professional right from the start of our conversation and talked me through the whole process easily. He answered a couple of questions promptly and as far as I'm concerned accurately.

easy to ask questions and get answers straight away

Firstly, put on hold for what felt like an eternity. Then to be told that in order to change my reg on my policy was going to cost just shy of £50!!! Absolutely scandalous and nothing but daylight robbery. I called in April about this and it was only £25 so the fact that it's now almost doubled says a lot. Not a chance I'll be renewing.

Adam was very friendly and helpful when assisting me with getting a quote. He took the time to find me the best price, and I really appreciate his excellent service.
