An excellent company to purchase needed bedding items. The web site was very well presented and showed the products beautifully. I purchased several items. I choose a bamboo pillow, doona and doona cover. These purchases were well priced and of excellent quality. Each item was packed in such a way as to not allow any damage. Consequently, they arrived in perfect order.
I can not wait for more purchases. I recommend this shop. The online shop is easy to use and a pleasure to use.

I received the wrong product
I received the wrong product, your supplier says they phoned me to let me know the coverlet I ordered was no longer in stock and that i had agreed on a different color to be sent. This is a terrible lie as i received no phone call or agreed to a different color, this just didnt happen! I am so very dissapointed in the poor customer service and lies to cover their mistake and it took weeks to get any response from my initial email alerting them to the incorrect order.

As discussed 2 weeks ago, we can only refund the order once you send the item back. We have emailed you a return shipping label on the 22/2/2022. Check your email and you can use the return shipping labeln provided to send the item back to us.
Once we receive it back as agreed, we will issue you the full refund.

Chenille bedspreads were very poor quality
The service was OK but the bedspeads were poor quality - I purchased 4 and they are different shades and the tassles have come off 3 of them. Also the pattern is inconsistant and they don't match each other.
