The material that the duvet is made of doesn’t grip the duvet inner, so the inner slides to one side of the cover. After using these covers I will now have to sell them as I cannot return them

Hi Gaylene,
I was unable to see a return request placed by yourself, but yes unfortunetly you are now out of the returns time. The Ardor Childrens range offers value for money, a low cost with a above average quality quilt cover. Im sorry you have had a bad experience and i will be passing on this feedback to our supplier. I wish you would have gotten in contact earlier as I would have been able to assit.
Great product
Great product, as described. Arrived promptly and kept us warm during a Blue Mountains winter.

Lacklustre
The quality of the product we purchased was terrible. We liked the design, and to be honest we weren’t sure how on earth to return this product we’d purchased after we’d put it together, so kept it but requested a credit. We were offered a measley $30 for a chipped drawer and misaligned drawers. In the end the company agreed to $100, but the drawers are almost unusable - they regularly stick

Hi Laity, yes i do remember this account, unfortunately there was a fault and we could have either organised a return or offered the $100 refund from the total, which was what you accepted. we do apologies for the fault in the item. we have passed the feedback onto our manufacturer to ensure quality control in the future. Thank you for your feedback

Hi David,
I do remember the communications together. We had shipped the item but where waiting on confirmation of the correct tracking number which took 2 days longer then expected. The item you orders is a made to order product (Puradown 2 in1 Goose Quilt) so there was a 5 day turn around in making the item and sending it out. Thank you for the feedback though and i will pass it onto management.

Having researched feather/down quilts…
Having researched feather/down quilts online and looking at a whole range of different prices from dirt cheap to ridiculously expensive, I made the decision to go with big bedding and bought the “Puradown Goose 80% Down 20% Feather Four Seasons Quilt (2 in 1)” as it represented the perfect trade off of price and performance that met my needs. And I can now say nearly 4 months on that I am definitely not disappointed and the quilt has been an absolutely brilliant purchase.
Buying from big bedding was easy and quick and would recommend again to anyone.
