King comfort package has honestly changed my sleep. The mattress is supportive and comfy, topper makes it feel like a cloud and the pillows are great too. Gamechanger if you dont want to replace your entire bed

I got the 7 piece Outdoor Sofa Set in the Winter Clearance and it Was an absolute bargain. I didn't choose priority delivery as I wasnt in a hurry, and it arrived in about 3 weeks. Really great service and excellent value for the price. Nice one team!

This company's customer service is the best. My Ottoman was taking a very long time to arrive after ordering it and I was getting worried that it had been forgotten but after contacting Bedzy and speaking with Jonas my Ottoman was on it's way. Jonas kept me updated on it's progress until it arrived. This is a great company and their furniture is very well priced. I have ordered quite a few items from them. Keep up the good work Bedzy.

We bought the King single Alanya mattress. Ordering was not easy because there's so many to choose from but in hindsight it was a great choice. Great support after a hard day at work. Price was very affordable. What I enjoyed most was placing the rolled up mattress on the base because once the plastic is cut with the scissors the luxury unfolds. Communication was great! Delivery quick!

I bought a gas lift queen size bed and mattress. It came with free pillows which was nice. The bed was relatively easy to put together and I am very happy with the bed, Mattress and pillows. I did pay extra for expedited shipping, but it was still slow to arrive. It took longer to get from Brisbane to my place (Beenleigh) than it did to get from Bedzy to Brisbane. Overall though I am happy with the purchase. They just need to get a better courier !

Absolutely disappointed with this company. The processing time has been far too long (Almost2 whole months) , and the lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating. I have had to chase updates myself and feel that customers deserve much better support and transparency. A very disappointing experience overall.

I ordered 2 beds on 20th May. 9-11 days delivery what a joke its now the 22nd June and still no beds, no delivery date. I have send 3 emails and still no further ahead. I ordered in good time as I have guests arriving looks like there sleeping on the couch. Thanks for your great customer service.

Im really satisfied with this Purchase The frame is strong well-designed and gives great support. It completely changed the feel of my bedroom. Everything arrived in good condition and was easy to put together

This is an usual review. I ordered 2mattress Toppers on line. There was an unexpected delay in delivery and a bit of a mix up with the order. After several emails back and forth my purchase price was refunded without question. Excellent ethical service.

We ordered our bed and told it would be 20 days, contacted them on the 20 day mark saying it would be 30 days, outside of the quoted delivery time, we are now 30 days, still no bed and no communication

Good value for money. The product looks nice feels comfortable and is exactly what I expected from the website photos. Delivery was slower than advertised but customer support did respond when I followed up

I’d love to leave a review on the quality of the product however after a month, I’m still waiting for my products to even be dispatched. Even after paying for priority processing, my order still has no clear dispatch date.

Staff are extremely vague when giving updates which gives no real information which leads me to believe it will not be dispatched anytime soon.

I was a bit hesitant ordering a bed online, but Bedzy made the whole process really easy. I chose the Trinity Bed and also went for the mattress comfort package, which included a topper and four pillows. The pillows arrived incredibly quickly and I was pleasantly surprised when the rest turned up the very next morning. Everything was well packaged and exactly as described

We needed some new bedding for our Airbnb and came across Bedzy while looking for reasonably priced options. We chose the standard free delivery service, so the delivery took a good few weeks, but we weren't in a rush and were happy to wait Everything arrived as expected and the quality is amazing for the price. The bedding looks fresh, feels comfortable, and has been well received by our guests. Overall, a great experience and good value for money

I would have given 5/5 as the bed is great and my daughter is very happy with it. The ordering process was easy and no issues there. Delivery however and the lack of communication was not great. I ordered the bed on the 8/4 for my daughter’s birthday at the end of May. I hadn’t hear anything by the 27/4 so I contacted them and they said they were very busy due to the sale and that it was taking up to 14 days for orders to be dispatched I contacted them on business day 13. I explained that this was for a gift for my daughter’s birthday and would really like it as soon as possible. I contacted them again on the 5/5 19 business days as I had still not heard anything and they said they would make it a priority but once dispatched can take 1-8 days to arrive. I live in the same state as there warehouse and about 1.5 hour drive away! Luckily the bed arrived on the 15/5 27 business days from order, however, I was not notified that the bed was being delivered that day and it was left on my front doorstep unattended for several hours. Thankfully it was not bad weather this day or it would have been ruined. So as mentioned the bed is great was easy to assemble and my daughter is loving it so far. Just the slow delivery and lack of communication made the process not so great!
