I recently bought the Comfort Sleep 5’’ Vogue Base from Big Bedding Australia, and the entire experience truly exceeded my expectations. The base itself is solid, beautifully made, and exactly what I needed, but what impressed me most was the level of customer service I received.

delivery guy was very polite, helpful and accomodating. The head office must have been affected by mercury retrograde, because of a communication misshap, but they were helpful once i chased them up about the tracking number not working.

I should have researched better.
A long time to dry completely (we dont have a dryer).
Feels & smells like a plastic or maybe pvc doona cover.
Not ever going to use it.

It was delivered promptly and the down/feather quilts are just wonderful. I would never go back to anything else

For the most part everything was easy but we did have a problem with the postage as the wrong number was put on the package

I was disappointed with the delivery process. The products arrived through different couriers at various times, which made coordination difficult. Australia Post, in particular, struggled to deliver to my apartment and even asked me to collect a sofa from the nearest post office completely unreasonable for such a large item.

I found the customer service to be incredible, if I had a query I would hear back within minutes. One of the mattresses I received was marked on delivery. Big Bedding acted immediately to rectify the situation.
The product is fantastic, the price impressive and the customer service above all else.
