I purchased a 95% goose down quilt from Bigbedding online for $400, but it has a strong bad smell. Despite calling, leaving messages, and emailing multiple times with no response, they only replied after I mentioned leaving a bad review. They said it’s non-refundable as it’s made to order and suggested ways to remove the smell, but none worked. The quilt is unusable.

I’ve been a customer for 6 years and each time the product and customer service are impeccable. Anthony and his team are truly the experts!

Had a bad experience with Big Bedding. Ordered products with a value of $1,000. They claimed they had delivered, but we did not receive anything. We had to follow them up and they later admitted they had not delivered. They said we were "too rural", despite taking our money with full knowledge of our address. They then provided a partial refund and claimed there was nothing else owing. I had to threaten legal proceedings to get the balance of the refund, which was finally received about a month after ordering the products. Very disappointing.

Still waiting on my expensive mattress topper, which hasn't arrived, waiting for over 4weeks now

Being able to speak with Andrew and enquire as to the suitability of one of 3 mattresses. Being told they have been sold or at least 10 years and no complaints.

I did need to call him 3 times as the carrier was reluctant to provide any tracking details. And it was only by accident my husband was here, as it was delivered on a different date as to what we were told.

Quality product, good price and fast delivery.

Summer weight Hemp quilt is great as a mattress topper. It helps me sleep better, by not overheating. This product made in NZ, but much cheaper to buy from Australia.

Anthony was fantastic to communicate with. Via email and phone.
He was willing to take a phone call to help me when I didn’t understand what went where.
The one thing that I didn’t understand was why the courier broke up my items.
Five on one day, two the next, and two a few days later?
