My necklace broke. Not impressed

I’ve brought a watch which I haven’t received I’ve been trying to contact them and no reply! I’ve ordered the watch for fathered day so it’s quite sad. I’ve had no delivery updates what so ever

Kia ora whanau! This company sells the best quality watches. I have been buying from them since 2018 and i have purchased 5 watches so far and never had issues with any of the watch. The packaging and the quality of the watch is 100% genuine. Delivery is through DHL which is super fast. Recently I ordered Maserati watch but being diesel big daddy watches fan I was tempted to buy another diesel watch and wanted to return it. I contacted them on the provided number and there was swift response according to their time zone and working hours. They were so kind and i was able to return the watch without any hassle. I highly recommend this website for the watches. Its affordable and comes with the warranty as we get from the store. Absolute scam! I was sent a legal notice from Burberry stating that I was importing counterfeit goods as my watches were flagged as suspicious with customs AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Now I have paid for product that I never received as it was confiscated

Need to give minus stars if possibe. I ordered a watch from them order #11319BDW for $165 and they delevered that to aramex [one of the worst logistics company] and saying that we dispatched your product to courier service and that company simply asking to pay 10500 [ which is $185] for watch to get delevered by simply saying it was customs fee. No country in world charges $185 customs fee for $165 watch. When i contacted big daddy regarding, they simply saying thats not their responsibility. Completely disappointed. Dont get cheated like me

This company seems like SCAM. I’ve ordered 3 watches nearly a month ago and still I haven’t received them :-( I did text them on WhatsApp to find out my order updates my messages was seen but no reply. Please please people beware of purchasing from “bigdaddywatches.com” This company is real CRAP 😡😡

I have ordered a watch and I am trying to get information regarding my shipping details but no response. Sent couple of email, whatsup messages and trying to ring them but it says restricted incoming phone calls still haven't received any update regarding my order.

I have ordered a ring and have had no shipping notification or anything it has been a week lucky I did not buy watch as well I have emailed them and called with no reply this site is a scam

Beware. Watches may come with a flat battery (mine did). My watch did not look brand new as the packaging it arrived in does not close properly with watch. They offered me store credit what good use is that going to do? Never buying from here again sticking to the normal and not some shady business!

Going to have to dispute a refund with my bank since they have held my money for a week without shipping my order after claiming it was marked for fraud.. I have emailed twice with no reply which is concerning because an order marked for “fraud” should probably be a priority.

Purchased my dad a gift from this website. He's usually a picky man when it comes to tastes, I was expecting to return the watch back in-case he ends up not liking it but he loved it! Seriously, their collection is huge from classy to trendy watches. 100% RECOMMEND.

Ordered 3 Boss watches they all are fake and duplicate watches. I did contacted them and they said it’s original but it’s fake. Thief they should be reported to police and court.

100% lie I have txted you on what’s app and your guy stoped replying. I have original boss watch and even the font of boss is not same. I don’t need to take to a jeweller because it’s very clear it’s a fake watch. If you are so honest give me your address I will come and talk to you guys.

I bought a watch, they had the watch, realised they sold it to me too cheap then broke the contract. Removed the watch from the courier pile (according to them) then refunded my money. I recommend people only use companies that honour their agreements.
