I bought 3 watches from them and 2 of them were perfect and beautiful. The 3rd watch was defective. I raised this conceen as soon as I received the watches and they have attended my concern in no time. Customer service was really respectful, polite, and very helpful. I had my replacement of the watch as expected and yes, it did not disappoint me.

The quality of watches are perfect, It is worth the price. Customer service is great! Can't wait to place my next order.

Edit: #9568BDW - there’s an email chain for you to entertain yourself with your customer service team, oh and photos showing the fault as proof. Not sure what you can do here versus what your colleague Eric outlined stating basically that your warranty doesn’t cover anything for an item I’ve only had for 27 days SMH, and then ghosted me. Nice.

I’ve bought 3 watches from these guys. First 2, no issues watches were fine and good order. However, 3rd watch purchased, 27days since receiving, I noticed a loose ‘A’ moving around between the glass. I notified them, and they have replied to one email and no more after that. I never thought I’d have any issues with them due to the quick turn around with delivery. But issues, ohhhh mate! Another level of s**t money pinching thieves not wanting to deal with issues.

There are a wide range of reasonably priced watches. I love the watch I've purchased and it arrived before the date I expected it.

The tracking link was not working for some reason, they kept updating me with the package and ended up receiving it very quickly. Love the quality of the watch, and I will come back to order again for sure.

I made a recent purchased a Nixon watch with big daddy, and the whole experience was great. Customer experience was over the top, very polite and answered on time. I was facing a small issue with the crown of the Nixon watch I bought but Eric showed me how to exactly deal with it. It my fault as I was doing it the wrong way.. But everything else was great. Package arrived on time and in perfect condition. I will be a returning customer 100%.

Received my order and the watch is a fake!!. I've emailed twice with no reply. The address listed for NZ isn't even a store it's a Real Estate?? Wonder what else is fake?

The website is really nice, I found is easy to found a lot of watches I liked. They got my favorite watch for my big wrist. Service is fast. Most companies take a while to reply to me but with big daddy I always receive an immediate response.

I have recently purchased a watch from bigdaddywatches. It was an expensive watch and when it came it was dusty, with scratches and there was a ding on the dial of the watch. We asked for the replacement but they didn’t responded. We messaged them and called them several times but still no response. Very irresponsible. I am very disappointed and won’t never ever purchase from them.

Worst quality ever. Don’t buy. Their customer service sucks. Sent me a faulty watch and didn’t replace it. Haven’t responded yet. Don’t buy from these suckers. They don’t even sell genuine watches. Seems like first copy.

I received the watch with a missing screw. I wanted to return the watch and go for a different model as I didn't like that model anymore. Because I was afraid screws will loosen and fall apart again. Their customer care asks me to go to the nearest repair shop and fix it they will pay for the repair. Why would I repair a brand new watch just brought ???? Also, they said it will cost me more to send it to Dubai and get it repaired. Why on the earth do they charge me again for returning the faulty product?? Moreover, It's been 3 months since they haven't responded to me. They don't deserve a one star!! Frustrated and angry!

Alright so for those wondering if these guys are actually legit they’re not. Drove out to see if the place exists and it doesn’t in Auckland. If you have received an item from these guys it’s most likely fake check the reviews before this one and the fake bot reviews they gave themselves it’s most likely fake.check the weight for the watches it should come up above 10.16oz if it falls short by at least 4-5 congrats you have a knockoff, things like pins should not be falling off Nixon are known for high quality. Should be ashamed to call yourselves a nz company especially “number1” on ur IG joke of the year
Most unrealistic discount I’ve seen for a while and the original price at the moment for a 51-30 chrono on their page is 999 😂 mate they’re retailing full price 800 everywhere else.

I received the watch and there was two pins already missing in the watch, and as time went on the watch slowly just fell apart.! It seemed like it was just made of cheap stuff.! Looks good, but it didn’t seem like it was made any good.! Don’t need a reply from you’s or how you can try fix things, I learn from my mistakes and I will never buy from you’s again.!
