DO NOT BUY!! What you receive is nothing like what is shown on the website. The material is cheap, no tags on the item I received and although the business is called Tarhus LONDON if you want to return you need to pay postage to China! They will also charge you “handling fee” of £10 despite it stating on their returns procedure that they do NOT charge this. I agreed to a 10% refund and keep the item (even though it doesn’t fit) as I was going round in circles with them and shock horror I still haven’t received a refund after over 6 weeks!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not buy from this site, what you see on their website and what you receive are totally different. When you try to talk to them they don’t want to know, Absolutely disgusting it won’t let me post the pictures to show you

I am disgusted with this company. My 13 year old daughter spent her Christmas money on a bag. It was £55. The bag was missold as the straps are too short to wear on her shoulder. We checked the website address and saw the company was based in Spain so went ahead with the purchase.

It took 4 weeks to arrive. When it did we discovered it was not fit for purpose. I wrote for the return address.

The real story begins here, first I had to take photos and provide a video of it not being fit for purpose, after 7 days of asking and being offered 20% and then 30% discount not to return it, I had to be quite blunt and demand the address.

The returns address is in china and we have to pay for the full postage which is disgusting as the fault is either with the design or the marketing, but definitely not with my daughter who would be using the bag now if it met their marketing blurb.

I asked for a returns label several times and offered to pay £5 towards postage but this company is a scam, they are just a front so people are duped into buying cheap Chinese rubbish for European prices. They are very difficult to deal with when things are not right. Do not buy from them.

I received the sunglasses i ordered. Frame broke in 2 hour's. I wanted a refund they wanted pix of the broken sunglasses. I supplied those. Next thing they said we have already sent a replacement pair. Same thing, broken arm in frame. I asked for a refund. Same thing and when they saw the pix they said ok. If you haven't heard from us in 48 hours. Email us and remind about the refund. When I did that they said they had sent a replacement pair. After considerable time I emailed them again they said that they had sent them and it would be a good idea to contact my carrier. Which I did and only 2 packages had been delivered to me . I had all corresponding numbers as well. I ended up having to report the situation to my bank. After a month or so my money was refunded through the bank. Not a good recommendation for Tarhus. Never again!!!!

I do not believe this company exists. I have been waiting for a sleeveless sweater since before Christmas and when it did not arrive requested my money back. I have been waiting for nearly 3 months and have contacted Tarhus to be politely told my refund is on its way. I believe this company is a sham and “Lisa” is probably AI. Stay away.

I’m picky with summer dresses but this one nailed it. Light, breathable and not see through thankfully.

I ordered this jumper on a whim and ended up loving it. It’s cozy without being heavy and layers really well. The way it came folded made a great first impression. No weird smell, which is always a risk online. Already thinking about getting another color.

I ordered some trainers. They took about 4 weeks to arrive and then when they did, and didnt fit, Tarhus offered me a 30% refund. Don't order from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They sent my items to the wrong address. And then deflected said reponsibility to the local courier of the area. They made me travel to the incorrect address and contact the courier. Later, the courier told me that said matters lie with Tarhus. And so, when I finished investigated everything, the company cut communication with me and ran away. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The whole process took a month!!!

Same issue as another reviewer about blood glucode monitor NOT doing the job as described on the website. They tell you that it is YOUR fault that YOU ordered a product from THEIR website that does not work as described on THIER website. So Mr Customer just keep the faulty device and THEY will give you a generous 20% refund ie you pay 80% for a product that does not do what it says on the website !!
Clear not for purpose item under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. I have sent it back for a full refund , but don't have much hope, it's been going on since December. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

My story is one of buyer be very very aware.
I paid for a product 3 months ago and have had very polite email responses , which I assume are from a AI bot. I have had many excuses and a promised refund and to date have not received one cent.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE is my advice based on my personal experience.

They would give no specific delivery date of the shoes. They're "on their way" was all they said. When the A$70.00 shoes arrived, they were not made of the materials in the website description. They were apparently suede, they are not. The slingback elastic was already coming apart and I hadn't even worn them. They have refused to give a refund, even though, as requested, I made a video of the shoes and pointed out the defects. Their website says 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied, which they are not abiding by. Do not buy from this company.

BE WARNED Another bogus shopfront for a Chinese business. Extremely poor quality items from China and nothing to do with Australia or Australian operated business practices.
Sent me completely different and inferior item with refusal to accept responsibility.

The delivery time for my order was longer than anticipated however I emailed Tarhus several times and they responded almost immediately with assurances my order was on track. It arrived 2 days earlier than expected, thank you Tarhus

The faux leather wallet turned out to be a gem. Compact but fits everything and the card slots haven’t stretched out. The colour looks slightly warmer in person, but honestly I prefer it that way. It feels more expensive than it is.

Great! Quality is perfect super comfy and easy to wear I have bought joggers and I Love it and delivery is also fast overall great experience of shopping from Tarhus.

My experience with this store is complete excellent I'm frequent buyer of this store and they have wide range of products and quality is super amazing perfect for all scenarios I'm happy ☺️

Total con!! The item does not read blood sugar. Company refuses to accept return of the goods for refund and refuses to honor 30 day money back guarantee!!! Do not purchase anything from this company they are typical Chinese pirates!!!
