We are real people and sometimes mistakes happen or people get ill or things get forgotten or packages get lost etc We are here to help make sure you get your order. All bikes are welcome. Sorry that your order didn't get to you, sometimes these things happen much to the frustration to both of us (and at our expense).
Delivery hasn't arrived yet
Delivery hasn't arrived yet, though it was promised for today...I'm in Belfast.. and some carriers are downright sloppy about sending stuff here. You may want a chat with the guys handling your deliveries .or just state on your website that Northern Ireland gets a slower service.
I'll certainly return and edit this when the parcel arrives and I've had a chance to use the cups...

good price slow delivery
Got a good price for the product but was waiting nearly 2 weeks for delivery. Not sure if this is the fault of Bike Boom or the courier but it was a bit excessive

I have still not received my item, no communication with updates. Estimated delivery date was 1st March. It is now 9th March and no updates.

Really slow delivery
Really slow delivery, almost 3 weeks. Rang a few times but didn't seem to help. When bike got here it was covered in thick dust and cobwebs. Bike is good but wouldn't order from this company again.
