Order the bike on the 7 th of December…
Order the bike on the 7 th of December didn’t arrive till the 20th
Stressed as couldn’t tell a child no bike !
Threatened to drive down to get another one.
Have given 2 stars because the owner at bike boom answered the phone, my questions and was polite and helpful.
However the communication between the seller and UPS was poor.
The seller informed me that UPS had not collected bikes including those left outside and he’d had to go back and put away.
UPS was very difficult to get a reply from and the site transferred me to SHOP.
Eventually got UPS to update delivery. That changed twice and then came on a different date. Luckily I was home. The delivery guy told me today was the first time he’d seen the bike.
I know Christmas can be difficult and busy but I ordered well in time for Christmas.
The communication between the delivery group UPS and the seller needs to improve or change to another company.
Grandson loved the bike, nana’s don’t like to be messed about !

Have not received product for over a…
Have not received product for over a week. Courier has not received order. Emailed bike boom 3 days ago. Still have not received reply as to what has happened with my order.

Sorry Mike, it was this particular colourway that has been discontinued so we contacted you to see if you wanted an alternative colour or a refund, you chose the latter which was processed immediately. Unfortunately stock errors can occur when stock levels are close to zero. We value reviews like yours because it makes us see what we could have done to improve our service.

Great price for what is essentially a brand new bike, with a few scratches l. My granddaughter loves it.
