I bought two bikes from them one for my wife and one for my son. Excellent quality, great price and fast shipping. Two months later I ran over the rear tire of my son's bike. I contacted Larry and he was extremely helpful with very fast responses to my emails. He got me a new rear tire fast! Thanks again Larry!

Our local bike shop was not very helpful in sourcing a part we were missing for one of our bikes. I emailed Larry for assistance, and he was able to identify and source the part immediately. He even gave us a pointer on how to put the screw on so we won't lose the part in the future. Thank you Larry!

I ordered my new road bike on Sunday 7/6. My PayPal shipping address was accidentally defaulted to my previous address. I immediately informed bikesdirect and Megan replied in under half an hour confirming they had updated the shipping address in a professional courteous manner. I received my bike quickly (Friday 7/11). The assembly experience was straightforward and not too time consuming. The fact that 90% of it is built makes it smooth sailing.

I did reach out to bikesdirect about two concerns. One being I did not receive a kickstand with my order like the site had said I would and the second being that the seat was still too high even pushed in maximally. Larry promptly and professionally gave me comprehensive responses to both. He rapidly processed a shipment of a kickstand to my address and he also advised me on what I could do to address the long seatpost. I ended up taking it to a local bikeshop so they could saw off a considerable amount of it while leaving the bare minimum required amount.

I am excited to ride my bike and create many memories with it thanks to bikesdirect. Both Megan and Larry were incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and courteous. They are doing a great job and should be lauded for their dedication to top notch customer service.

I’ll admit I was a bit cautious about ordering a bike from Bikes Direct at first. But I decided to take the leap and bought a Gravity bike from them. A box with the bike arrived as expected, and with a little assembly, I was up and riding.

I've had the bike for a week now and have already put over 50 miles on it. Were there a few issues? Sure — but I paid $400 for a bike, and overall, it’s been a solid value.

One issue led me to contact their support team. Larry responded and, after a few emails back and forth, he was able to resolve the problem quickly and professionally.

All in all, I’m satisfied with both the bike I received and the customer service experience with Bikes Direct.

I don't normally spend the time to write a review but I wanted to say that I emailed bikes direct about a bike we bought and the pedal stripped the crank arm. I emailed to ask about a replacement but unfortunately it wasn't covered under warranty. Larry from bikes direct was very helpful and asked for the model number of the crank and said he would research to see if he could find a comparable replacement at a discount. Larry emailed me back and said he could not find a replacement part in their warehouse but he then researched and found one on Amazon for only $27 so that way we could order it through Amazon. I am very thankful because I was originally told when I brought the bike to a bike repair shop that it would cost about $100 to $150 to get that part to replace it. I am very impressed and appreciative for Larry to do all that research for us to find a replacement part at such a reasonable price.

My new bike was originally shipped with a damaged fork from the shipping process. Larry at Bikes Direct jumped through hoops and made it right. Great service and great bike!

The bike has been great! I average 35 miles a week for the last 20 months. That's a lot of miles on an inexpensive bike no problems. I have worn out two rear tires. still on the original front tire it's close to needing replacement. Larry has been helpful with questions about the brakes.

I have purchased a few bikes from here over the years and have had a good experience. I had one issue with a defective part on my last purchase and when I spoke to Larry he took care of it right away. Excellent customer service!

There is only one place on the planet where you can get a beautiful, well-built, quality component bike at a bargain price - BIKES DIRECT!
But it doesn't stop there...need support? They are responsive and helpful. Need Parts? Same great service. Larry helped me with questions after I received my bike and he was stellar! I have purchased two bikes from them and I will order more soon - in fact, I am replacing the bikes for our entire family with new, better ones from Bike Direct!

I've purchased several bikes over the years from Bikes Direct. The quality and the value were exceptional! User support was pretty good too. I've had a couple accidents and had to get parts replaced and in most cases they were able to get me what I needed. Larry has been great to work with.

The bicycle has a good quality for the price, even thought I had to do some small adjustment and replace the pedals because I thought the originals too weak (I really broke them), but even when I need support from them about adjustments (thanks Larry), they helped me very quickly and even sent me videos on how to adjust the things.
I really liked the bike and even I bought a second one, that time I bought used, but still relying on the brand.

Bike came broken, and they would not accept a return

I have FSX Boost Pro 29r for over a year and ride a single track 4-5 times per week and the bike is fantastic. Twice I have wrecked it bad enough and broke parts. I reached out to Larry at Bikes Direct and got great service with replaces parts arriving within a week.

I am quite delighted by my purchase of a Motobecane. The entire process went very smoothly. My bike rides and feels like a bike of top quality for a much less price. I highly recommend them.

Bike itself was better than expected I wish I could’ve seen a model specific bike pic before purchasing, but not complaining with the results. Customer service team was great, they made my transaction simple.
