Appalling there is no customer service -
Faulty flip flops bought on holiday fell apart the same day but we had moved on. Literally no one is interested despite sending photographs numerous times evidencing the problem. We expected replacements or a full refund and have received no communication whatsoever.

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for customers service to reply to the fact my parcel was delivered to the wrong address, on top of that I had to wait nearly 2weeks for it to be shipped in the first place now if there's any further issues I'm worried that I won't be able to return the items as it's now been more that 30 days. Clearly based on previous reviews this has been a problem for years and the email I got saying "we are currently experiencing very high contact volumes" is just them failing to actually pay staff to do customer support or continued poor service leading to high volumes of complaints.

It takes them 1 full month to refund my orders, which is so irritating! They did answered my email, but not that helpful.

Delivery time depends on where they get that items from. If in UK, very quick within a week. If not, takes about 2-3 weeks to receive it.

I give 2 stars because at least the swimwear look pretty, but bralette S is extremely Small. I am size 8uk and have to wear M.

Overall, I would buy Billabong from ASOS or other websites but not from their website.

Only recieve part of order, no one answers customer service. No one response to any email, the telephone contact doesn't work.... im really disappointed 😞 very very poor currently trying to get a charge back ..

Awful customer service I have returned an item and they haven’t refunded me and they don’t answer your emails, Instagram or TikTok messages I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I’m having to open a dispute to get my refund

I have sent my return almost a month ago and still haven’t received the money back. Upon chasing and providing proof of return, communication from billabong was extremely poor, took ages to respond with vague explanation. Found them dismissive and dishonest.
For a separate order I placed in the past, delivery took over three weeks instead of outlined 3-5 days and I couldn’t get the company to assist me in finding out where the order was.
Stay away to avoid the stress. I’m still chasing the return money I worked hard to earn and they just quickly thieved it appears.

I placed an order and it never came, I have emailed them and contacted them numerous times. They are thieves, take peoples money and don’t send items out!!!!!!!! NEVER BUY FEOM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!! Disgusting service and criminal

Slow, no customer service, never responded to my email, finally got my order over a week later. How can a business be run like this in this day and age?!

Never again! Wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order. They’ve had my return nearly 4 weeks and no refund. Can’t communicate with customer service. Going through PayPal to hopefully get a refund.

Poor service amd no regular updates when you email them takes ages to reply and awful service e all round
They don’t tell you it’s over seas amd when you unsubscribe you still get emails

Too many parcels, too slow delivery, complicated returns process, customer has to pay for being sent too many parcels - which is completely out of their control

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a bikini on the 7th of July, they took £75 out of my account, I heard nothing for a week, no notification to say it had been shipped or anything so I checked in, the £75 was then refunded because Monzo are amazing and they realised Billabong hadn't responded. On the 16th of July (10 days later) I get an email saying the item has been 'shipped' and they have taken the money from my account. Honestly the worst customer service and delivery service I have ever encountered. DO NOT buy from this brand!!!

The worst customer services I’ve experienced. Several issues, various attempts at contacting for over a month with no response what so ever. I managed to get hold of the US customer services who were unable to connect me to the European team. I’m beginning to think there isn’t one.
- My promo code didn’t go through at checkout when payment was taken after it initially being applied. It showed the discount, then took payment without it.
- one of my items were missing and still is.
- more that 6 emails over a month with zero response.
I will be raising my consumer rights shortly and contacting trading standards. This is NOT acceptable.
You cannot run a company like this in 2026.

Love the clothes but the worst customer service & sadly would never buy from them again because of this. Took them 6 weeks to process my return. They don't respond to customer service tickets so this caused me a lot of stress for a long time thinking I'd never get the money back (£200+!), but thankfully I did - coincidentally, after I raised a dispute with my bank. Though they tried to say they never received the return, luckily I had tracked postage provided by them to prove that they had. Be very careful ordering from them in the UK.

Billabong clothes are hard to find living in the inner city.
Having the Billabong website makes shopping so much easier. Especially with the discount offered to members.
My order arrived within a few days, one shirt wasn't the same as advertised on the website, no issue getting a returns label to send it back.
